The location is quite good. It is connected to a big shopping mall. So it is very convenient.
Some of the facilities in the room are a little bit old. The breakfast is not very tasty.

Excellent premises, friendly staff, big potential
Very very bad English skills, need to use more than one elevators to reach the rooms. Limited availability of restaurants. No ATM. Breakfast pretty ok, but Western food has a weird taste, not even normal ham or cheese cutter for bread.

Our stay was really enjoyable, the room was spacious with good view. buffet breakfast had so many options and it is located within the shopping centre, very convenient for shopping and dining. We will be coming back next time we are in Shanghai!

The location is great, connecting directly to the Hopson department Store where one could find a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfast has more or less everything I like, except Xiao Long Bao. I requested an addition of a kid bed, which made the room a bit tight, but there is still enough space for all our 4 luggage and 4 backpacks. The swimming pool is great, slightly shallow for adults, but great for kids, with a big hot whirlpool (with bubble massages) next to the swimming pool, as well as Sauna and Hamma in the dressing rooms.
The toilet in the room is not equipped with a Japanese cover, which is surprising to see it in a 5-star hotel and a bit disappointing to us, though it is not too much an issue. To go down to the ground floor, one would need to take 2 different elevators, with the 2nd one partially connecting to the underground parking. The hotel did not have option of pay in advance when I was booking it, only "pay at hotel". This is not convenient and in the end I paid more due to the rate change.

The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient as it links to a big mall full of restaurants. The shower facilities are satisfying. I do like their shampoo and shower gel they choose. It is a hotel with a taste.
I paid with a different card from the card I reserved. However, The staff couldn't cancel the pre-authorization completely of my previous reserved credit card. Hence he had to charge CNY 1 yuan which actually cost me CNY 15 foreign currency charge. I hope they could just cancel the reserved card completely which is a normal action to most of hotels I lived in. Another thing is the traffic jam is pretty bad when entering the hotel by car. It is not their fault. But that was a pain everytime we commute.

Clean, specious and friendly staff. Nice options to eat and shop next to hotel.
In winter time rooms temperature can get really hot (26 Celsius) and no possibility to change it.

Location
Our room was on level 13 and we could constantly smell of Chinese cooking. Feel like there was a chinese kitchen right underneath our room.
