Honestly this hotel’s service went far beyond my expectation. All the staffs are very helpful, from the receptionist-cleaner-even the buffet area, they were very attentive and sensitive to our needs. The facilities and hotel itself are very new - minimalist, warm and comfy, very clean. The room also quite spacious for 4 of us, even tho they only provide 1 queen bed and 1 sofabed, yet the sofabed was comfortable imo.
Actually the hotel itself located very near to the subway and train station. But only line 3&4’s exit were the closest to the the hotel. As for line 1’s exits were all located quite far, need to walk around 15 mins

Service & Staff:
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to one staff A123 (啊坤) who helped us many times member who helped us many times — calling taxis for us, ordering food late at night when our phone apps were not working, arranging airport taxi, and even helping us plan our one-day trip from Shanghai Train Station to Suzhou by high-speed train. They made sure we did not waste unnecessary time or money, which we truly appreciated. Their support made our trip much smoother and stress-free.
Room & Housekeeping:
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was efficient, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of fresh food. The handmade dumplings were amazing, and the Chinese rice balls were the best. Tables were cleaned quickly, and the breakfast area was well organized.
Facilities & Laundry:
The gym and facilities are good and well-equipped. Laundry service is very convenient and free of charge, which is a big cost-saving and a huge plus for travelers.
Overall, this hotel offers super value, great service, excellent breakfast, and thoughtful staff. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast is insanely good. Mix of chinese and continental, absolutely worth the price and convenience for those days where you need to just get up and out of the hotel quickly.
I did not expect it to be that nice since it's a holiday inn but it was simultaneously one of the cheapest and nicest hotels I've stayed in, not just in China but anywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful, little to complain about at all.
It's right across from a small plaza with lots of restaurants and some shopping. The location is decent and our party was able to go to most Shanghai attractions using short taxi trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Jian Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options.

The twin bed is big. The bathroom is clean. The bed is comfortable. The washing & dryer machine are excellent. We enjoy our stay in here feels like home. Definitelly will be back. Recomended...

Rooms are nice and big. Hotel is near the shanghai railway station. I also love the robot that delivers my outside food order to my room. Breakfast is superb, the bread and pastries are so yummy. The free laundry is also very convenient.

The room is very clean, ideal size for family of 2 adult 2 children like us, a room with king size and sofa bed. They provide everything we need in the room. Separated toilet and shower room. The location is excellent - next to station, 7 elevent by 5 mnt walk, a shopping mall across the hotel. The staff is also kind. But the highlight is the breakfast! Delicious and large variety. With this price, this hotel is highly recommended.
