The breakfast Menu was good but just found that there was not an adequate enough refill on a lot of the items. Overall it was good.
I didn't like that water is only restricted to two bottles. Most hotels have no problems in giving out more water to its guest as water is an essential need. I have stayed at far more simpler hotels and even they would give water as the request of the guests. Work on replacing the breakfast buffet so that all guest enjoy the delicious food.

Need some more vegetarian dishes without eggs, sea food or meat. signage for vegetarian items in cereals, bread as restaurant staff unsure re contents which are not suitable to lacto vegetarian like me.

Good room size. Wi-fi ok, breakfast ok and the location near the subway. Also big bonus that guys on receiption speak English.
There are two airports in Shanghai and from one is only 20-30 min (subway) , but the other one maybe an hour and a half by taxi (300 uan).

Lovely, spacious rooms. The housekeeper daily replaced water, coffee and tea bags and kept everything spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and strong, hot shower, even in dead of winter. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection.
It was a bit far from metro.

It was a spacious room. Destilled water was provided by the hotel which is a great bonus. I was supposed to stay for a week but ended up checking out after one night because the plans changed so suddenly. The staff was really helpful and called me a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. And also they packed some really good fruits and chips in the bag for me to eat on the way to the airport. Such a wonderful service.
The view wasn't that good because there were some construction works going on.

4th Time we have stayed at this hotel as it is close to railway station (easy walking distance). Perfect for our needs on one night stop-overs and competitive room rates.
Not a big fan of the "Free" breakfast, but at least there was some food we could eat.
