Location from main attraction
Last year I booked grand hyatt Tokyo, their customer service was overwhelmingly, much more than what i was expecting from them. Here staff are not friendly, room is very hot , i ordered twice from room service, first time they got me complementary bread, following day i ordered basket of fresh bread received exactly the same bread from day before whereas in their menu they wrote i will have danish pastry, muffin, croissant….

Room is very comfortable, bed is super comfy! Great location and service is great! Restaurant is nice. Breakfast is nice too with many choices! 87 floor the cloud bar and Italian food is fantastic with amazing view!!

Very old hotel that is due for renovation i was charged bigger price much bigger than one locked in booking and receptionist just took double amount for on hold as deposit without informing me on amount up to the date i never received back this money.

The river view is amazing both during the day and in the evening.
The room was very large and clean.
The gym was clean with good quality equipment.
You can enjoy this amazing view from all the facilities (breakfast, gym, pool).
We didn’t experience a warm welcome at the front desk. Check-in took time and they didn’t provide any information about the facilities.

This hotel does not look like the pictures advertised online. In reality, it is an old property with very low-quality services. The rooms are outdated, and the furniture is worn out and in urgent need of refurbishment.
The staff do not speak English, which made communication very difficult, and overall the atmosphere feels stuck in the communist era. The location is acceptable, but there are many other hotels nearby that offer far better value for money.
I would not recommend this hotel, as it does not meet even basic expectations.
I didn't like this hotel at all ...not to mention I stayed for the check in more than 50 minutes.
