Room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff is extremely nice and polite. Convenient location next to Shanghai railway station.
The wifi was a bit slow. But really acceptable ! A poor choice of restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed in a room with a king size bed, very spacious, stylish and comfortable. The staff are very professional and helpful, the restaurant was fine. I was only there 2 days but enjoyed it's ambience. There are some food places and coffee shops nearby and a supermarket. If shopping is your thing you should visit Nanjing Rd which has malls, designer shops, food places, I guess it's Shanghai's Oxford street [London].
Nothing. If you are planning to go to The Bund to see the skyline, take a taxi as it's a long walk and obviously very confusing for a westerner. It's at the end of Nanjing Road. I don't mind getting lost in a strange place though lol. The taxi from Pudong Airport is an hour's journey as Shanghai is a megatropolis.

Location is within 15mins walking distance from Metro and Railway Station (note: not high speed rail, is choo choo train station). Breakfast spread is good.
Staff appear judgemental as most hotel guests seem to be on business trip. Light switched in rooms too centralised. Either you light up the room or you have just a tiny bedside light. King beds are sunken in the middle. Carpets dusty to step on. Bathroom had 3 nails protruding out from carpet. This was rectified within 10mins by maintenance dept.

Great location, very good breakfast ( variety of choice, ), very comfortable, clean and tidy room with the nice view,, very happy with the room facility. Excellent customer services. Will come back to stay the hotel again.
