The staff was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel very clean and beautiful.
The dryer didn’t work and we had to dry our clothes in the bedroom and they are with bad smell because of that.

Don’t do laundry there my clothes smelled so bad after 4 h of drying and still was not fully dried. Stuff didn’t speak English at all.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walking to Metro Line 13 Shanghai Natural History Museum Exit 3. However, the physical location is tucked inside a building complex and needs go inside to find their front door. The breakfast is good. The room is clean.
For a hotel that caters to foreigners, they couldn't assist me to contact my bank card's international collect phone number to unfreeze the fraud alert. I ended up having to pay with cash.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Suzhou Creek and was not disappointed. The location is even better in person, with beautiful views and easy access to running paths. The real standout, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally nice and professional. They remembered our names, offered great local dining tips, and were just a pleasure to interact with every day. Their hospitality truly made the trip special.
The guest laundry was a major disappointment. There are only three machines for the entire hotel: one washer, one dryer, and one combo machine. The combo machine is the only practical option, but a single load takes over two hours to wash and dry. Expect long waits. The driveway and taxi area are very small and can't handle more than one or two cars at a time. When our friends came to pick us up, they had to wait just to enter the property and were forced to pay a charge if they stayed longer than 15 minutes, which is often unavoidable with loading luggage and goodbyes. It felt unwelcoming and inconvenient.

Rooms are much smaller than we expected, but clean. They have room service to clean it. Breakfast was okay, but not much. Little Options, but overall not bad for the price you pay. Location is closer to the National History Museum and nearby parks. Handball and table tennis in the Lobby. Reception Ladies can speak English and are very nice.
Roads nearby, the stream is not clean and is smelly. Dirty. The view from the 3rd floor was a haunted Building. worst thing to see from your window. Rooms are compact and small. very little space to walk. Restaurant Manager Lady was rude,, but the gentleman was good and kind.

Very large rooms in a nice neighborhood. Walking is possible to the popular Nainjin rd area - Louis Vuitton building but it's also only one subway stop away.. Breakfast is excellent.
