Very nice quiet hotel, comfortable, feel warm welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, healthy, many options like a weekend big brunch at home. You may also enjoy the local tea in the room: Long Jin Green Tea or Jiu Qu Hong Mei. Love the tea of Jiu Qu Hong Mei.
We stay at level 2. One of the day there were smoky in the lobby. Guess some guest smoked in the lobby.

The front desk service was exceptional. The short-haired girl with glasses was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were so spacious, modern, and clean. The lobby area was so nice.
There was a persistent smoke smell in the hallway. The elevators were somewhat old.

From checkin to our checkout, the staff were v friendly, professional and welcoming. Fast responses to our needs and the hotel has a v calming vibes. Pillow and bed were v comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and amazing spread for a small hotel. Very impressive.
Our room was v big even for 6pax and we all had our own space. Balcony leads to great scenery!

Trendy design with simple clean lines. Comfortable bed and linens. Good powerful shower Artiisinal teas provided in room is very good. Breakfast is in a cosy cafe in the lower ground floor of the building The buffet is small but has a good selection with carefully presented foods served freshly cooked with artisanal flair. The area is quiet with tree lined boulevards. Near to bus stops and metro stops.
Public area were a bit dark and main entrance looked like a back entrance

Buffet breakfast is excellent with a slight twist ie servings are mostly healthy foods. You should promote this to differentiate Nook Hotel from other hotels.
Located nearby metro station is a big plus.

Excellent boutique hotel. You can tell the owners have given their personal touch to the hotel to ensure their guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaners pleasant, professional and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful , healthy and good quality as was the afternoon tea. We met young couples , families with young children and business guests . Trendy and stylish hotel The only slight
drawback is the hotel is not that central and you will need a 25mins taxi ride to reach the some popular tourist areas however this should not put you off choosing this hotel. we will visit again .

The 24-hr free brewed coffee and biscuits at the lobby was a nice treat. Room is clean and the cleaning staff is very attentive to our requests. Breakfast is excellent, good spread and yummy too. Located near an mrt station is a big plus even though we "didi" most of the time.
The TV in our room didn't work. The hotel staff fixed it but failed again the following day.

The hotel has unique design and atmosphere, which definetely earns top marks. Personnel was superb. We appreciate tea service with lots of fruits and snacks. It is located 1 step away from a long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and shops. Location is right in the center with easy walk to key attractions.
I think the hotel rooms are in need of renovation. The price and comfort level does not match. Breakfast was basic with very limited choice. If you select this hotel you pay for location, unique style and unique experience. Also because of its location car can not reach the hotel directly.

This hotel fully met my expectations. We appreciated that personnel at reception could speak English and were most helpful and wellcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaning was done daily. Metro is 5 min on foot, nearby you can find some cafes and small restaurants. Also location is not noisy, I had very good sleep.
The only thing I disliked was cold breakfast. The buffet is on plates without cover, so all the dishes easily get cold. At the time of our stay there was minus temperature outside, so inside the buffet area was very cold (knowing there is no heating in China) and food was stone cold.
