the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and even helped us carry our luggages and kept our laundry. they even send us some sightseeing places which made exploring xi hu easier. if u are a cat lover, u will absolutely love the 2 cats they have!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The accommodation was located in a quaint neighbourhood that is walkable distance to xihu and a short ride away from other attractions. There's two adorable and welcoming cats and a washer and dryer available. Will rebook, great accommodation!

MK Inn is located very close to west lake, walking distance.
very quiet area and there are a few small shops around.
excellent staff and great service.
my kids enjoyed playing with the two nice cats in the inn.

taxi couldn't get directly to the entrance of the Inn. It takes a small stroll ( 3 mins) to walk to the place.
there is not lift in the Inn so you will have to carry your luggage to level 2 or 3.

No lift.
No clear sign board at the main road to direct to the property. Too dark at night with no street light to return to the property.

I was very happy with my stay at MK Inn. The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.
There were other inns nearby, and sometimes the guests there were pretty noisy. Usually they only stayed a few days, so it was ok.

It was so beautiful there. Within 10 min walking I was at one of the most beautiful places of the westlake. People were friendly and in a short time you feel a little bit like being at home. The woman who manages the hotel is so nice and helps whereever she can. She rents a bicycle for me, she helps me finding souvenirs for my relatives at home. She also speaks a nearly perfect English. Supermarket 5 min walk. It was clean and silent. If I one day will visit the region of Hangzhou again I will find my home in the MK Inn again. I can 100 percent recommend it.

Helpful and friendly neighbourhood (host, neighbours, nearby shops); bed is comfortable; peaceful and surrounded by nature; walking distance to nearby attractions, bus stops.
(Nothing we dislike about) note that getting a cab to get out from that area can be difficult during the weekends/peak season - suggestion to catch a bus at nearest bus stop to a metro

The room was massive and super comfortable. Location is great as it's only a 10 min walk from West lake. The staff are very friendly and patient and can speak some English.
The address is wrong, although I think this is more of an issue with Booking using Google maps services for China. I asked for directions at a local shop and the lady at the till called the hotel and they picked me up.

This inn is located in a little neighborhood right across from the lake. The staff was excellent in making sure we had what we needed. When we arrived it was raining and the DiDi couldn’t find the exact address. A staff member walked to the car with 4 umbrellas and led us to the hotel. Our room was comfortable and compact. They even had a washer dryer we could use. It was a short walk to a path by the lake and the foliage was beautiful. You’ll really enjoy this small inn.
