The hotel and rooms are excellent,
items on menus in restaurant and room service are usually not available. Very limited understanding of the requests, minimal customer service especially room service. You order the after 15 mins they call back to say not available and so on. Every time they start counting the delivery time

Great staff and effort made me to make me feel comfortable. The staff were great and they did a wonderful job looking after me. The room and vibe was great.
I liked my room HOWEVER because the bathroom door is glass it does not block out the morning light so was woken up at 5:50am from daylight streaming into the bathroom. I had closed the blind in the bathroom but it lets a lot of light in so if you’re a light sleeper maybe wear an eye mask. That was the only disappointment. Also for some reason the bed felt very small/short with my feet hanging over the end. Not sure if they use a Chinese size King bed but it didn’t feel like a King size to western standards.

Pleasant
Location is convenient since it’s right next to the shopping mall. One can dine and shop without going outdoor.
Slow check-in as always. Tap water was not clean for some reason. Mini bar was not satisfying( only 2 beers, soft drinks and some water). TV had no airplay function and there was no way to make hdmi work. Overall, not happy with the facilities.
