I spent 5 nights in this hotel. First, the responsible is very friendly and welcoming! She was kind to adapt the breakfast to my allergies, and was checking if I need anything or give me recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And they offer you Longjing tea at anytime you want :) The location is perfect. You can walk easily to West Lake, there are beautiful places, parks (peaceful and not crowded during my time there) and locations to explore in both the right or the left directions of the main street. It's green everywhere in this neighborhood and the air is clean. Leifeng Pagoda is not far and I went by walk. You can also go to Longjing village by walk if you'd like (it would take an hour, but with beautiful scenery) or grab a bus or Didi/Taxi which are cheap. Wherever you go there's beautiful green scenery. There are some restaurants, a cafe and mini-market very close and also if you walk on the main street toward the right. I'm really happy with my stay in this hotel and its location, and I recommend it!

We loved the twin room. Perfect for 2 parents and 2 kids (10 & 6 years old) the double beds were big enough for all 4 of us. Shower was great too.

great location right next to the west lake! super cute and quiet neighborhood. room was very nice, spacious, and clean. owner is super nice and helpful. the morning breakfast is very healthy and nourishing! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Nicely located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of birdsong. Easy walk to the lake. Tasty Dim-sum breakfast included. Pleasant staff. Clean and functional.
Bed is fairly stiff, as is typical in China. Room is a tight fit, although worked fine.

Great location. It's walking distance to Huagang, Leifeng Tower. The lady was very friendly. She helped us to use share bikes. She also gave a lot of recommendations to explore the local attractions. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. The room was cozy and the beds very comfortable. Since temperatures outside were a bit chilly the host organized a second duvet to keep us warm. She went out of her way to help us with everything we asked for, prepared very tasty (and vegetarian!) breakfast for us and made us feel home right away.
It's only a couple minutes walk to get to the parks around the lake and the neighborhood is very quiet at night.
Thanks to Didi getting into the city is also pretty easy, making this a perfect choice when visiting Hangzhou.

小张 is very friendly & helpful! She helps with carrying our luggages as we are staying at L2. She is also very accommodating when we want to do our laundry. Breakfast is great too, very homely stay!
Very close proximity to West Lake, around 5mins by foot to start of Lake to 10mins to Lei feng pagoda
Bed is abit hard for our liking. But overall a great staying experience!

The hostel is of walking distance to west lake, very quiet surrounding. There are sharing bicycles along the road and very easy to get taxi or DiDi by the road side. There is also a nearby bus stop. The host is very friendly and always accessible to any assistance needed. The room is clean and we have all our necessities needed.
There is very limited restaurants and no grocery stores nearby.

The location is fantastic, we walked to all the sites. The quality of the room was top shelf, and the staff delightful. Ms Zhang was so helpful, and each morning preparing a great breakfast.
From advice on sites through to assisting in the departure ( a taxi to the train station), everything was so well catered for. We will be back.

Friendly Staff and explain to all our queries. We reach half past mid night and staff actually waiting for us for check in.. Strongly recommended for those who need a quiet place for relaxing.. 西湖区 太子湾 苏堤 just 11min walk from our resort
Resort located near to 西湖区 so it's convenient to visits around. However it's far from city and have to arrange transport if you wish to go down town.
