Very Good
Reception team was so supportive , they are giving extended support , due to language barrier they helped me a lot for taxi booking , everyday coming outside the hotel at pickup location and explainimg to driver for exact drop off location.

Overall, the hotel is decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is responsive. The view from the higher floors is good. There's a McDonald's nearby, which served as our breakfast since we opted for a rate without breakfast.
The hotel feels a bit worn out: the finishes in the elevators, common areas, and hallways all seem somewhat dated. The elevator to the pool looks particularly unkempt. The lack of coziness and slight mess around the pool itself, which was the main reason we chose this hotel since the kids wanted a pool, was somewhat off-putting. Not all the reception staff have a basic command of English. It’s time to tidy up the common areas.

It's a decent property, not very high occupancy, staff also seems on the lower side, had only breakfast, spread was predominantly Asian/ Chinese
Although weather in Hangzhou is good , the rooms were stuffy, no ventilation and the airconditioning seems dated or the hotel tries to cut cost, inspite of setting the thermostat at 20 degrees middle of the night the room becomes intolerable hot and then you reset the thermostat , also a lot of noise from inside the AC vent , not so if something was loose or was a rat,
Outside the hotel there is a good Indian restaurant and a McDonald's outlet in the same complex, which takes away the eating woes especially for Indians.

It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere.
Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid.
Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far.
Overall a great property.
The room temperature was set at 25 degrees with heating on and it became too hot at night. It could not be adjusted as it was centrally locked. I would have preferred a room temperature of 22-23 degrees Celsius.

The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from so that was really refreshing and something I appreciated. The location of the hotel was convenient and was able to find my way to different places easily.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I pretty much enjoyed my stay there from start to finish, so that was something I really appreciated.
