This hotel is right in the heart of the city. The room was very comfortable, modern, and luxurious. The bed was firm—in a good way—and great for the back. I loved the pillow menu with six types of pillows and the Dead Sea Essentials by AHAVA toiletries. The TV offered a few English channels. The intelligent toilet and 5-star facilities were impressive.
Very convenient for Canton Fair visitors—about 30 minutes by bus to Pazhou, with a return bus from Area A. The hotel also offers a complimentary afternoon tea for fair visitors from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The new Metro Line 10 (Yangji East, Exit C1) is just nearby, providing easy access to city metro.
There’s a 7-Eleven behind the reception Breakfast at Petrus Restaurant on the 2nd floor (6:30–10:00 am) offers a good variety. The staff were excellent—especially Shirlin Zhang at reception, who arranged our rooms on the same floor and even assisted in communicating our drop-off location to a taxi driver by showing him the exact spot on her phone map.
The only minor issue was the limited number of elevators—just three serving floors 17 to 30—so there could be some waiting time during busy hours. Everything else was excellent.

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during the stay there despite it being during the Canton Fair. The staff were helping to recommend locations and places to eat, down to making the reservations!
The bathroom in the rooms were on the smaller side so made it slightly difficult to move around but overall still great!

Our favourite stay. Was great value and the room was really nice after a couple of crappy hotels in Guangzhou! We booked the twin business room. It had 2 double beds with a glass divider door and was perfect for our family of 4 even though it says the room is for 2.
The pool area was good, you do have to wear swim caps which is standard in Guangzhou it seems.
The massage room is open 11am-1pm so we missed this.
Didn’t eat here so can’t say how it was.
Easy to DiDi at front door.
We only stayed one night :(

Best part of this hotel is the location. It is on the main street, everything you need is reachable around on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loby is large and active. There is 7/11 in hotel which is very helpful for your needs.
Could have been better they have more English speaking staff. Cleaning could have been improved in the rooms.
