Location and breakfast was good. Many options for breakfast.
Our room was not ready when we went to our room ( not what I expect from a Ritz hotel), we had to go back to the lobby and wait for them to prepare another room.

Of course the expectations are high for a 5* hotel, but this one is really worth every single one of them and even exceeds this. Very nice terrace pool and gym. Great location in the middle of the new town. I got a highly appreciated complimentary late-checkout. All-in-all phantastic stay!

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Stunning view from our large and comfortable room overlooking the Canton Tower. A short walk from the metro. Outstanding staff and a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.
