We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic — just steps away from major malls and only a few minutes’ walk to the metro, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The overall environment felt pleasant and welcoming, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d be happy to return to.
The only downside was the walk to the metro. There’s no sheltered path, so it can be inconvenient on rainy days. The mall entrance also only opens after 10am, so early risers can’t use it as a shortcut. We also noticed that e-bikes in the area can be a bit overwhelming. They’re not only parked everywhere but also ridden along walkways and pavements, which can feel unsafe at times.

We stay for 6 nights to attend the Canton fair. All at the hotel is excellent, very confortable beds, nice big rooms.Location and breakfast excelent. Very nice people at front desk and very specially the Concierge Charles, who help us buy on line suitcases and gave us all directions to restaurants and help us in all we requiere, it was like having a personal friend, shopper and translator.
We just have an issue with food at room service: at their room my sons order room service as fish fingers and nuggets and fries and got intoxicated, we believe is from one restaurant of the hotel, but for our other room my daughter and I order fried rice and noodle soup several days and we were ok. The very nice gentlemen Jeff at front desk buy for us Gatorade for free and the lady manager also at the front desk help us and walked with me to the mall pharamacy to buy some special salts for vomit, at the end of the day they were recover.

I love that the staff spoke English. The location was great we were surrounded by malls, and the subway was very convenient. The size room was excellent.
the breakfast was great but i feel the price was too expensive. I love the variety of food. The bellmen were great they assisted us with basic information, and they know the area well.
I was not prepare for the security deposit being the total cost of the room. The fridge was temperature was very poor.

From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.
