Spectacular views from rooms and all common areas, including rooftop bar. Great location in tourist area near opera house. Excellent and vast breakfast for about $34.00 USD. Very attentive staff, wonderful interior decoration with sculptures, great swimming pool for laps, excellent gym, large rooms with excellent lighting and bathrooms, and luxurious toilets. Lives up to 5 star standard, but the daily room rate really reasonable
Concierge services quite limited. For example, Concierge does not arrange tours or book tickets.The breakfast, while good, is expensive.

Rooms are lush ,perfect views, breakfast options so good. Entry concierge quite helpful especially when you need to order DIDI. Frontdesk staff- May , Evan, Jennie,Carey,Watson . Luo& Bella in breakfast room, Tina is my masseuse- so good to name a few left a lasting impression. This is my new home in Guangzhou

The location is exceptional, the hotel decor is modern and with good views of the whole city.
We drove to the hotel and the only thing that we picked at was the changing of lifts. We needed to take the lift from the car park to the reception and then take another lift to the level that we stayed. A bit troublesome to some extend

Good location, a large comfortable room
I was given a smoking room, they didn’t ask my preference on check-in so I could feel the smell. The carpet in the corridor was stained dirty, needs deep cleaning. The breakfast was only partially buffet and the buffet part was not varied enough to my taste.
