The hotel staff is great and super helpful. The room is top notch and clean all the time. Breakfast is great. Large spread and delicious food.
The location was the main issue just the walls you stare at from the windows in the room was depressing.

The front office reception staffs were extremely helpful, though they don’t speak English, with help of the translator, they assisted us for many things including information about taxi, booking didi, food, cantor fair information etc.
The view from the window wasn’t not that great :)

Beautiful big room. Lots of space and patricians that separate the bathroom from the room. All drinks were free which was an added bonus and topped up daily. The buffet breakfast was amazing with both Asian and Western choices. I would definitely stay here again as it catered for my needs. The staff were great and would use a translator app to communicate. The guy that stands outside was very friendly and staff very welcoming.
The laundry was free but there are only 2 machines available. It's a small room so you would have to leave your laundry and come back otherwise you could be like me and sit on the carpet in the hallway.
The lobby is a great place to relax. The hotel is very modern. There is a robot on site, but I never used it.
Very close to restaurants and food outlets if you get hungry.
We had a late check out and paid a fee to check out at 4.pm
It's a bit dark when you enter. A brighter inside, especially on arrival makes all the difference.
The building is hidden in a little corner.
Parking is a nightmare as the car park is shared. We had to wheel our bags from the side of the road where taxi dropped us off as the parting arm was down and taxi driver couldn't get through.
Nothing I really didn't but it pays to do your research about the area and nearby shops.
