Location is good.
The room is rather small. There is no place for a bag, there is no safe in the room, and very limited space for clothing (actually only hangers, even in the biggest room - no cabinets).
The shower in my room had very unstable temperature: hot for 45 seconds, then cold for 5 seconds, and repeated.
Breakfast had rather limited options.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The design and atmosphere of the entire property were modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant areas felt vibrant and welcoming, especially with the creative neon-style décor that gives the hotel a unique personality.
The breakfast was truly impressive—great variety, fresh ingredients, and a mix of both Western and Asian options. Everything was well-presented and delicious. The dining area was clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged, making the morning experience very enjoyable.
The service exceeded my expectations. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt warm and professional.
The room facilities and overall cleanliness were excellent. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, from the furniture to the lighting.
The location is also fantastic—right by the Tiyu Xilu Metro Station, making it very easy to move around Guangzhou. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby.
Extremely satisfied with everything during my stay.

Room was spacious and very clean. Amenities provided were sufficient, breakfast spread was great, staff were friendly. There is also a mini gym and laundry room available for use. Although the location can be a little difficult to find, it is close enough to the main shopping area and just a short walk from exit H of the subway station.
There is only one small lift to service all 9 floors. Waiting time can take quite awhile. It was located at the cross roads of a subway construction and may be a little difficult to find.

Staff were excellent. They helped with information regarding food, transport and the trade fair that we went to attend. They also assisted with the use of the free laundry facility in the hotel, delivering washed and dried laundry too my room. Always with a smile. Little freebies like face masks and fruit in the room each day.
Access was a little affected by the road works in front of the hotel. Otherwise it was good.

Pleasant
Paid the property a month before I arrived but asked for another payment when we checked in. My first day was very tiring and frustrating because lack of communication from booking.com ro verify the pre payment. My half day was spent calling the bank.
Staff should learn english.

Great location, a stone away from Tiyu West Metro station, a local district called 六运小区 and Parc Central Shopping Mall. Plenty of food and shopping options. Closer enough to Canton Tower too. The hotel staffs were amazing with recommendations for surrounding eateries and cafes.
