Wonderful
Clean and spacious apartment. Good hygiene. Good tech. 10/10 recommend for a stay in the Science City. Kinda far from some local markets in Guangzhou such as the Optical Markets etc, but 35-45 mins away from the Canton Fair, which can be accessed by the Didi ride-hailing app for a reasonable price.

- The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional customer service and a positive attitude throughout our stay, particularly the breakfast station personnel who exhibited an outstanding service-oriented mindset. - The Wi-Fi connectivity was consistently robust and reliable. - The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the fairgrounds was highly convenient and efficient. - The breakfast buffet offered a diverse and appealing selection of items. - The room amenities were comprehensive and well-appointed. - The room layout and dimensions were spacious and functional.
- The housekeeping staff failed to change the bed linens during our stay, despite the absence of the card sign on the bed. (The hotel's policy states that guests who wish to have their linens changed should not place the card sign on the bed. We even placed the sign on the nightstand to indicate our request, but it was disregarded.) We only discovered this oversight the day before our departure. (I observed the original mark on the bedsheet from the second day of our stay.) Due to our busy schedule, we are unable to address this issue directly with the hotel and are instead choosing to communicate our dissatisfaction through this review. - On the second day, we displayed the "Do Not Disturb" and "No Cleaning" signs on the door, yet the cleaning personnel still entered the room. - The hotel only provides bus service during the Canton Fair, despite the numerous other fairs occurring in Guangzhou during that period.
