Good Location, the buffets are very good. Conceige Ronald was very helpful and professional. Great guy.
They need to change the pillows in the suites..RM 1908 and RM 1208 . They are very uncomfortable. They have to get more comfortable pillows.

I’ve completely lost trust in this hotel. I accidentally left my expensive Rolex watch on the table in the room while I was taking a shower. I’m 100% sure it was there. After checking out, I immediately contacted the hotel management to report the missing item. Their response was cold and unacceptable: “We are not responsible, and your watch is not with us.” This shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. The way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. What hurts more is that I used to prefer staying here because of their convenient location, but I will never return again. Very disappointing. Be careful – your valuables are not safe here!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with stunning views of Parc Central Mall from our room. The buffet breakfast was impressive too. The complimentary shuttle to the Canton Fair was a thoughtful touch, making our visit even more convenient.
Everything was great, though we did miss having a bidet in the toilet for added comfort.
