First, I would like to thank all the staff,especially Jimmy. They are very accommodating and friendly to the guests. Next is that the location is near the metro station and very accessible. They also have a free shuttle bus to the Canton fair. Good breakfast, unlimited water and fruits daily replenished in the room. The room is clean.
Everything is good except the internet in our room which is low quality. We couldn't use it.

Great service, nice breakfast, quiet location but close to the metro and plenty of places to eat. Free shuttle bus for Canton fair but we often just used the metro as it is so close (3 stops) and easy.

The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist guests.
The facilities were really poor. The staff tries to compensate with friendliness, but unfortunately misses the mark. It seems they are aware themselves that the quality of the hotel does not match the high price. Breakfast was very bad; during the Canton Fair they triple or even quadruple the prices, but don’t offer anything extra in return, not even something simple like more fruit or a better selection.

It was an excellent stay.
Special thanks to Timmy, the hotel manager, who was extremely kind, always attentive to our needs and beyond, proactive, and incredibly quick to respond to any request. If I had to rate him, it would be 100/10.
The food was varied and delicious, offering noodles, rice, eggs, dumplings, American breakfast, and more, all served according to the established schedule. The room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed. We always had fresh water and fruit available, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Additionally, the location was perfect, with a shopping mall and a metro station just a short walk away.
We visited during the Canton Fair, and the hotel’s shuttle bus service was excellent, taking us to the fair and picking us up afterward without any issues.

They did a free upgrade of the room at no cost to keep my room closer to my colleague’s. The staff was extremely friendly, able to communicate well and very helpful.
Their breakfast lacked vegetarian/halal options. They need better coffee. But they were very generous overall so it’s minor IMO.

The room was clean, and even though it was on the last floor, it was easy to be reached. The location is really good - 15 min away from the Guangzhou ( Canton ) tower. Really close to the metro station, where you can take the metro and go directly to the city centre, as well as to the Guangzhou East Railway Station. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was kind and most of them knew English.
