Everything. Rather new modern hotel. Spacy room with all you need inside. Very good bathroom. The breakfast very diversified and tasty. The staff are outstanding, with willing to help. The Aroma restaurant and the lobby bar are very good. It is a stylish hotel with a great quality of materials and architecture. The location in a highly modern zone of Guangzhou -Tian-He. Adjacent to big shopping mall ( very expensive) and a lot of restaurants and parks. The river is 20 minutes walk from Conrad Hotel. I salute the management and all the staff that made my stay enjoyable.

This is definitely a high-level hotel and absolutely worth the money for the experience it offers. While it is in a higher price range, the quality and comfort really justify the cost. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, with a great layout and an excellent view from the corner room. The bathroom was especially impressive, featuring a bathtub, remote-controlled shower features, and double sinks, which was really convenient for two people staying together. The beds were also very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the showerhead felt a little loose, but it did not take away from the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality food options, including salmon, chicken, and other great selections. They also had chefs preparing omelettes and helping guests directly, which made the breakfast experience feel even more premium and enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Although it is on the more expensive side, the spacious rooms, quality amenities, excellent breakfast, and overall comfort make it totally worth it.

The view I saw was not the same as the hotel description
The hotel charged me about ¥2,900 as a deposit for two nights and said it would be refunded after one month. However, a few days earlier I stayed for three nights at a nearby hotel of a similar standard, Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich, which didn’t charge any deposit at all—even though the staff had mentioned it—so there were no such issues.

Great view, great location, great facilities! The staff are exceptionally nice - they upgraded my booking with complimentary breakfast for two knowing my Gold Hilton membership. We forgot our pills at the room and they contacted me via both email and phone call to offer to mail them to me - which arrived swiftly the next day.

Room is big and clean, good location, nice view of Canton tower and next to igc mall. Overall the staffs are helpful except the check in/out counter.
The check in/out front desk staff are not so friendly and not so professional.
