I gave the highest score the first time i stayed here (5 days before the first stay). It truly is a great hotel, but...the random noise, some of the staff...
Apparently, 2 days a month (that happened to be the 2 days we stayed here the second time), it's a mandatory government drilling something (i really didn't understood the explanation) so the first night, exasperated by the noise I called the reception and they told me that the noise will stop at 2am (it did). The next day, they changed my room but didn't tell me that the noise it's exactly the same on that side, so at 11pm, when I arrived to my room and heard the exact wonderful noise, they told me that, yes, of course I can hear it, but they will change my room again. Beautiful room, great view.I was very understanding since I tend to be zen in vacations. It took me about 10 minutes to pack my bags, but because I was left alone to deal with carrying them from the 7th floor to the 13th floor, two roads were necessary. And.. they didn't let me enter the room the second time, because it wasn't my room "anymore". I tried to explain, but since nobody speaks English, it was necessary to have a complete meltdown to make them understand

Everything was great at this hotel. The rooms are spacious,comfy and quiet, with everything you need. The breakfast is varied and different almost every day and bottles of water are at your disposal in every corner of the hotel. The staff is very nice and eager to make your stay perfect. 7eleven and restaurants are right next to the holtel and the area is in general very beautiful I totally recommend this hotel

staffs are very polite and attentive. Hotel is super clean. The self service laundry room comes very handy for long term travellers.

Perhaps one of the best looking places for your stay in Guangzhou, with an italian plaza type entrance. The hotel looks special with it's gold shades windows.
Here, everything is as it should, starting from the staff and moving forward to spacious clean rooms which have a lot of smart automated facilities that will impress you.
Location is also great with restaurants, stores and a lot of public transport options.

Thank God for this hotel. Service was excellent, staff is professional.
After long walks during days, (especially during Canton fair) this place felt like home where you can relax.
Breakfast was a mix of western and Chinese food so everyone could find something for themselves.
After a few days we discovered great laundry service in the hotel which was fantastic since we stayed 12 days.
The staff really tried to make our stay comfortable and peaceful.
If I ever go back to Guangzhou, this hotel will be my first and I hope only choice
We had a room with a glass wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area. Even though the glass wall was tinted, not transparent, it was a little unusual during night visits to the toilet since the light from toilet would penetrate through the glass wall to the sleep area. It was not such a problem for us, but for people who like to sleep in the real dark that could be a little bit annoying.

Very clean and good size room. Right next door to the metro line 3. Staff were very helpful, even with my very poor language skills. Plenty of charging options without needing travel adaptors. Bus to and from the fair was great. Breakfast good too. Have stayed 3 occasions now

The hotel is easy to locate and within short distance from the metro station. There are a lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel so there is no worry getting hungry. The WiFi connection is easy to connect and relatively fast. The bed is comfy and has both hard and soft pillows. Universal socket outlets is available. The toilet is always filled with clean towels and is fitted with a bathtub with complete amenities for a clean-up. The breakfast is quite well spread with mostly oriental cuisine, a hot station serving noodle is available. Additional bottled water is placed in the lift lobby and can be taken if the daily bottled water provided for the room is not enough.
There is a tinge of cigarette in the room and get worse in the lobby. There is construction in another floor of the building and the noise start exactly at 10am.
