Absolutely amazing service, incredible breakfast, and easy to get to all the attractions! The doormen are very helpful solved my problem I had with my Alipay which was nice. Reception was incredibly helpful with allowing a late checkout because I got there really late. Overall was a perfect experience! Definitely will come again!

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Excellent and attentive and helpful staffs. Excellent dine-in options. Room is very roomy and constructed using excellent materials. Everything is extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Unprofessional staff! They’ve been holding my deposit since April because of their own mistake. Now they want to charge me twice! Very unprofessional attitude and team. I’m extremely upset with the entire service and will proceed with an official complaint to top management. I’m so disappointed — this has never happened to me at any 5-star hotel.

The hotel was in centre and easily to get to other sites. I liked the comfort of the room, and its view. The staff were very helpful and professional. It was a slight inconvenience having to change lifts from lobby to room but this is a minor inconvenience. The pool and steam room were great. I didn't get a chance to use the gym. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food.

A special mention goes to one of the breakfast staff who noticed I follow a vegetarian diet. Since the vegetarian options weren’t clearly labeled, she kindly arranged for the kitchen to prepare a special meal just for me and personally brought it over. Such thoughtful service really stood out. The room was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and excellent amenities. I loved the pillow menu — a small touch that made a big difference — and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for tourists, with easy access to the main attractions and transport options. Suggestion for improvement: It would be great to have a fresh juice station at breakfast, allowing guests to mix and match fruits and enjoy freshly made juices on the spot. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, comfort, and convenience.
