Great experiences at Six senses. Front desk services are friendly, polite, efficient and informative. The unit is spacious with a layout of front court, bed room / living room, bathtub, washroom and small yard which made it feel both cozy and luxurious, beds are very comfy, breakfast has a wide selection of food, from local specialities to international dishes, and very delicious.
Special shout out to 文彬 for her professionalism and her fast reaction when we needed a follow up. Her quick responsiveness and proactive attitude set the tone for our entire stay !
Special thanks to Spa manager Marco who helped us to resolve promptly the minor issue that we have encountered at the sauna, it demonstrated a great deal of care and professionalism! Very much appreciated!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The butler, as well as our main person of contact, Vanilla, were pretty attentive and caring. They offered plenty of flexibility when it came to organizing hotel experiences and handling payment arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed the SPA treatments, which were phenomenal, and really loved the THAI restaurant, the food was delicious and authentic. Had fun doing the Giant Pandas experience as well as the Red Pandas Experience.
Be prepared that barely any staff speaks English. Ordering at the restaurants, asking staff questions, calling room-service…that will certainly feel like a “mission: impossible!” The outdoor karaoke at night completely disrupts the tranquility that one expects from a hotel like this. The hotel itself lacks a certain level of sophistication/standard, and therefore after some time, unfortunately, you start to realize that the price of your stay doesn’t seem to match the value that you are getting out of it.

Great location, well integrated into nature, great guides! Nice Spa and friendly reception staff.
Unfriendly staff in Thai restaurant (we wanted to sit outside and they did everything to convince us to sit inside) I think the consumer wish should be respected. On the first night the room had no turndown service and on the second day we had to call the reception that the room after we came back from our trip at 2pm was still not made/serviced. Nothing severe but in a hotel with that standard I would expect a flawless service.

The setting is beautiful!
There must be an open air concert next to the hotel. You hear all the karaoke singing in loud speaker. Because of Chinese new year. The firework on from 6pm to pass midnight. The powerful one. Feel like in a war zone. It’s kind of spoil the tranquility we were hoping for. The lights switches in the room is really confusing.

Excellent staff and delicious food! Every staff we encountered were professional and very helpful. Especially our activities coordinator, Vanilla, who guided our tours with knowledge and excellent English. Our personal butler, Himmel, was most attentive and preemptive of our needs during our stay. Will definitely return soon.

The breakfast was superburb. Nice and relaxing setting with fresh food, both western and Chinese options. The coffee is great too.
Love the Sauna and steam room. (you need to make a booking 30mins prior)
The Thai restaurant is nice too.
The outdoor pool isn't used for swimming. (ONLY part of the landscape)
Most of the sport and exercise amenities is not open during our stay, but no one told us before hand.

Beautiful location, nice rooms that are well maintained. The staff was very helpful and fixed all kind of inconveniences we had.
The AC is off during the month of October, you either have to sleep with open windows or sleep in a room that doesn’t have fresh air.
Some of the staff don’t speak English.
They entered our rooms even when the don’t disturb sign was on.

Beautiful architecture, peaceful environment, we had a very comfortable stay. The courtyard room with hot spring is great. They gave us fresh fruit every day. The spa at the hotel was excellent. I had the best Thai massage ever. Staff were very friendly and responded quickly to all our requests.
Some staff were still in training. The food was definitely overpriced. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely but the outdoor one seemed a little dangerous because you had to step on the slippery tiles to get there.
