Wonderful
The hotel was excellent. It was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring Chengdu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a reasonable variety of choices. The location was excellent, close to Wenshu Monastery Metro Station and many restaurants and convenience stores, making it effortless to get around.
The only major issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was extremely slow and unstable. It worked 10–20% of the time, and most of the time, browsing the internet or using online services was impossible. The hotel should improve the Wi-Fi system. A faster and more reliable internet connection would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The room is magnificent. Extremely comfortable beds, beautiful interior design, nice shower pressure. Lots of storage space. A feeling of a 5 star hotel luxury. Breakfast room is very inviting with good choices of food. There is Tibetan snacks, drinks , eggs and yogurt as well if you would like to try . The hotel has strong flavor of Tibet, making this stay a cultural tour of Tibet without actually traveling there. Across the street, lots of restaurants choices, and getting to a shopping mall or other tourist spots is just 10-15RMB cost away by DiDi. Overall this hotel is the best price-value choice in Chengdu as a 5 star hotel.
No swimming pool

Wonderful
Lovely clean and modern hotel with an amazing breakfast and kind staff. Great location near shopping malls and metro station
There were no facilities to do any washing like most hotels. The tea experience was just an experience drinking a pot of tea haha.

Exceptional
Style of decor, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Most staff only had a bit of English but were very polite and helpful.
DiDi app does not recognize the Tibetan Hotel, only the Chinese name. Booking.Com should supply both names.

One of my favorite hotels on a 2week China trip. Very clean and nice designs. Lots of little helpful details in the room. Very comfortable bed. Hotel staff spoke some English. In walking distance to two malls.
