The hotel is in a terrific location. It is across the street Chengdu Wuhoushi & Jinli Old Street. A short 20 minute ride and you are in the heart of Chengdu. We took the subway (a short 5 minute walk from the hotel) to most downtown destinations. The staff were exceptional. Chris greeted us and anticipated our needs and provided exceptional customer service. The food was outstanding. The restaurant is vegetarian, but breakfast included some meat offerings. The hotel is a quiet refuge from the busy-ness of Chengdu. The room was very clean and spacious. We really didn't need anything extra...all of our needs were met without hesitation. Terra Art Zen Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed the style of the hotel as a reflection of the relaxed nature of Chengdu. The room was very nice & clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. I would especially like to highlight the young man who worked at the restaurant who worked tirelessly and was very kind.
To anyone who is visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend choosing this hotel!

The boutique hotel is well located right opposite the historic Chengdu Wuhoushi & Jinli Old Street, a good place to start exploring Chengdu. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. My family, including a teenage son & elderly parents all enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel.

Spacious rooms with one king bed and two twin beds which is perfect for a family of four to hang out together after each day sightseeing. Breakfast is definitely a plus. Staff is easy to work with and friendly in general. Also the onsite laundry mat makes me happy and worry-free on the hot summer days.
Air conditioning can be improved in common areas for hot days.

We liked the vibe and the style of the hotel. The rooftop area is really impressive! The staff of the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Maybe an additional light at the mirrow in the bathroom of the room would be nice ? the breakfast was good but seemed a bit small compared to the hotel.

An excellent location right across from the famous Wuhou Shrine and the historic Jinli Ancient Street. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
The hotel is stylish and well-designed, with clean and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop garden, which provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the exceptional service before our arrival, as well as the airport transfer and warm welcome upon arrival. This level of care was particularly valuable and greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Very nice deco and most importantly it is clean and well maintained. The staff were nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The common area is very zen and can just read a book all day there.
It is right next to a very busy street. It was thoughtful that they provided 3M ear plugs. The breakfast is not as nice as the photos suggested but overall acceptable. They should also upgrade their coffee machine.

This hotel is in a great location, right across from Wuhou Shrine and Jinli Ancient Street, and a short walk to the river. Our room was clean and well appointed. The rooftop area was really beautiful and felt like a quiet oasis in the middle of a busy city.

This boutique hotel is just beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Aptly as it is named, the facilities and common areas are styled like a sky garden, an urban oasis that looks so calm and relaxing. You’ll enjoy having coffee in both the indoor and outdoor lounges. But most of all, they have the best customer service. Staff really goes above and beyond. They patiently assisted me with my online order issues which obviously has nothing to do with them but they gladly and patiently helped me. I only have praises for my experience in this property.
