We had a great stay at Ascott Raffle City Chengdu. Even though the building is a bit old, the room was spacious and comfortable. The customer service was very good — the staff responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had requests. They also kindly provided early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Super Convenient that it’s linked to the mall downstairs. Staff was generally helpful. Cleaning ladies were very polite n nice.
Corridors to the apartment felt rather tight and claustrophobic. Parts of apartment felt dated but generally clean n value for money.

Great location: close to a metro station with two subway lines. The place in on top of a shopping mall, with lots of shops. Plenty of restaurants near by too.
Good breakfast: The hotel breakfast buffet provides non-spicy or oily food that can help to get the day started (Local food can be very oily, salty and spicy).

The room felt spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were efficient, helpful, and patient in meeting our needs.
Location is convenient with a large shopping centre next door and close to a metro station.
Breakfast included Western and Chinese options with a wonderful view.

The room was so spacious! It was great with the 2 kids as they had their private room and bathroom. The room theme was a big bonus for my daughter. It was quiet and we had a great sleep. AC was working fine, water pressure good as well.
The breakfast could have been improved. The hot food was mainly served cold (ex: sunny side up eggs, etc...). The tables were not clean enough, seems like they only wipe with a humid rag instead of spraying detergents on the table.

We were in a one bedroom apartment on a high floor, clean, good view and well equipped. The washing machine washes and dries. The location is part of the Raffles City mall, with many shops and good eateries, 5 mins from a metro station. The TV has CNN. Breakfast was better than average with mostly Chinese dishes.

- Conveniently connected to a mall with supermarket and lots of food eateries plus shopping from notable brands.
- Large spacious room with blackout curtains and spacious bathroom
- Separated toilet and shower room, with large bath tub. Decent water pressure
- Kitchenette with laundry and free detergent was very convenient for long stays
- Comfortable King sized bed
- Daily housekeeping with incentives for skipping each day of housekeeping
- Large breakfast spread with Asian and western cuisine
- We booked 2 of the same rooms (Studio Premier) which should include kitchenette + laundry, however one of the rooms we were given did not have these. When we asked reception, they said that the given room was "correct but layout and size was just different" - which was absurd as it was completely missing the kitchenette + laundry as advertised. They said a refund could not be provided for the difference, but they had a room with kitchenette + laundry and we changed rooms. However, I found the provided reasoning was just unacceptable when there was such an obvious difference in room facilities.
- Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. There was visible mould on corners of the tiles, and our flexible shower head had clearly never been cleaned - each nozzle hole was black and clogged. We ended up using the rainshower instead for our entire stay.
- Pillows provided were very, very flat and not comfortable for sleeping
- Location was a bit further from the major tourist attractions

We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.
There isn’t any eateries or convenience shops around when the connecting mall is closed at 10pm.
