Wonderful
Location! As a historian I loved the Edgar Snow display.
Rooms are slightly too small but not an issue, really.

I love the restaurant especially the late night snacks to warm your heart. Great location. Rooms were satisfactory. I like the theme it was interesting and I like the courtyard where you can hang out in the middle of the hotel. There is a little grocer down the street and it is in a very walkable location.

Wonderful
Food was great, cleaning is everyday, staff is professional (but English is limited). There is a very convient laundry area and coffee/tea available all day long.
The neighborhood is not very nice.

I was lucky to find this place and book it in Beijing! It’s really a wonderful place and with amazing staff that are super helpful and available for your needs. The place is next to a train station as well as in the center of everything in Beijing. The room had everything I needed and was super comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant in it, I haven’t used it but saw other guests use it a lot. The hotel also offers laundry services for free which was a blessing ❤️

Wonderful
Great location! The East Railway station is very near. The staff, especially Sally, helped us book some activities that we couldn't translate easily. She also helped us figure out what was happening with the taxi cab we were waiting for. Breakfast was really delicious and varied. We especially enjoyed the dumplings.
The rooms were very small. We had booked a Family suite but we were told it was going through renovation and wasn't available at the moment so we got two separate rooms which was a bit uncomfortable for the family. The carpet in the hall looked a little unclean.

Friendly and cozy place. +Nice resturant
The hotel/resturant has a loop of 3 songs playing all day, every day. Very annoying.

Wonderful
A great location, very close to Tiananmen and to the metro, though I didn't use it all that much. I didn't get a chance to do the whole museum, but it seemed very interesting, and the little bit of food I had was very good. They also have water bottles, which is very important! I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price and proximity to Tiananmen
The location itself is a little hard to get to with DiDi and the location is a little odd, but once you've been there for a little it's fine. You're right near the train station which is loud, although I never had a problem with it. My recommendation is to walk to the end of Dayangmao Hu Tong at the corner with Beijing Station East St and order your DiDi's from there

Wonderful
The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast and midnight snack too. The atmosphere was very cozy and I've even learned something about Edgar Snow. For the price and location right in the middle of Beijing it's definitely worth it.

Very Good
Staff is very helpful, positive (smiling).
Room is tidied up daily, clean.
Bathroom is functional. Air recycling system works well.
We really appreciated the ground level where you can find the restaurant, the lounge that anyone can use, the laundry machines...
A(Some?) customer are smoking inside the building.
The place isn't super accessible by cab (many drivers struggle to get there)
Recommended driver by the staff tried to get us into a scam at the great wall..

Very Good
Very nice staff and good restaurant attached. Rooms were clean and quiet. Near the train station which is convenient and <.5 miles to the hotel. My husband was ill the day we were leaving, and they kindly allowed us to stay 3 hours past the check out time.
Booking.com should list it as Beijing Zhong’an Hotel. The way it is listed was difficult to find via any map apps.

The location is not too far from nice spots like wudaoying hutong and nanluoguoxiang. The restaurant also serves good food and reasonable price! The room amenities like the bathroom also seem to have been recently updated. I also liked the small courtyard where guests can chill and hang.
