The location is great. Subway line 10 is near and only takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel once leaving exit D The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Many western type foods are also available as well as a great shopping mall.
We found two dead roaches that were crushed into the carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators from our room on the 11 floor. We did not see any roaches in our rooms. This is China, you will be hard pressed to find any hotel that doesn't have some sort of a roach problem. Big or small. Rooms are nice size but bathrooms are small. Do not pay extra for room with a view option. Every room has a view. The building is in the shape of a triangle.

Location is very good just a 5 mins walk to shopping malls.
We went in Feb where temp was cold. However the heater in room was a bit overkill we felt to warm and we need to open the windows to cool the room. We were told during this period air in room only has hot air temperature can't be set.

Room was spacious, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Very good coffee at breakfast.
Continental breakfast was extremely limited in choice. No food to be found if you get back in the moglie of the night. Temperature in the room not adjustable (despite there being a thermostat).

Like the ambience of the hotel. Cleariness is good, bed comfy. Area is too touristy and easy to travel to majot attractions. Is located along the mail road, getting taxi to pick up is very convenient. Train station is about 5-10mins walk from hotel.
Though the staff are helpful in general but lack of smiles and friendlyness. There's room for improvemnt for this aspect.
