I love the setting in a small village near the Great Wall. The inner courtyard and dining area was lovely . The food was delicious!

The family was very kind and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the picnic on the Great Wall, the food which was served for breakfast and dinner, as well as the dumplings workshop.

absolutely loved staying here! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The dinners were exceptional—every dish was delicious. They even taught us how to make dumplings and kindly offered us a complimentary lift to the Great Wall. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely come back!

Everything was great. The room was amazing, cute and well accessories.
The breakfast and dinner were included and very abound.
They also offered a free cooking class.
I really loved this place.
A plus is they give you a free ride to the wall and it is only 2km away.
I really racomand it to everyone.

Now.. this one started very badly.. they overbooked the hotel and had to place us on a nearby place.. the nearby place was not cleaned to my expectations..but, they were all SO AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, that I have no words to express.. the main hotel looked cosy and cute and although I didn't get to experience the room, I can certainly say that their hospitality was of a 5* hotel. They handled the situation well with what they had to offer.. gave us bfast, allowed us to have 2 rooms at the other place, helped us with luggage, helped us with exchanging money... simply amazing.
We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was divine... so, although I didn't experience their room, I would definitely come back to try again!
The hotel is a 30min walk to the great wall, which btw is ?♥️?.
That i had to sleep at another hotel.. haha.. buuut, life happens and they were great people!

We had an unforgettable stay at this guest house. Their small team is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, creating a warm, community-like atmosphere. We enjoyed participating in the art and craft session and the dumpling-making experience—both were so much fun! They even kindly dropped us off at the Great Wall and picked us up when we were finished. The food was exceptional, made with fresh ingredients, and they even serve specialty coffee like lattes, which was a delightful bonus. Keep in mind that the guest house is in a rural area, and the rooms are simple, but staying here was definitely the best decision. Our daughter was so sad to leave and keeps asking when we can return! ?

We loved this guesthouse. We had so many nice experiences at the Great Wall and it is very close to the accommodation.

Nicely decorated and very well kept . Super friendly and helpful staff. Took us to see the sunrise from the Great Wall , and relax afternoon craft making.
Close to the Great Wall by the water , which was a very nice spot too.

The property is really close to a much quieter section of The Great Wall, which is great if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of tourists.
The hosts were wonderful. The food was amazing and opportunities to participate in some crafting activities too.
The room was very cold. But a heater was provided and there was an electric blanket. The bathroom was not able to be warm and so it was very cold stepping out of a hot shower.
Bear in mind the location when trying to get back to the city. Staff were helpful in making sure I was on the right bus, but it was a bus ride, a taxi and 3 subway trains back to Beijing West station and took nearly 4hrs.

Our stay at this charming hotel near the Great Wall was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel like part of the family. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—always friendly, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations about the local area, things to do, and the history of the hotel.
The hotel itself had a lovely, tranquil vibe. Everywhere you looked, there were beautiful dried flowers and lush plants that created a calming and welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a little oasis after a day of exploring the Great Wall.
We stayed in the family suite, which was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The highlights of our stay were definitely the unique experiences offered by the hotel—making dumplings with the staff was a fun and memorable activity, and the homemade wines were an absolute treat!
This hotel is a hidden gem with amazing staff, a serene atmosphere, and a perfect location for those wanting to experience the Great Wall in a more intimate, local way. Highly recommend!
