While checking in they charged some extra amount and was told that same would be credited back to card in 24 hrs after checking out but even after 3 days the amount didn't came

The mall connected to the hotel has everything: an upscale supermarket, great restaurants.
The Italian restaurant Bosco inside the hotel is fantastic.
The café in the lobby, the deserts are overpriced but not up to the Ritz quality standards.
The concierge uses an app to call taxi for guests. The fee I paid to the hotel was double compared to what my friends did without using the hotel's app. I am okay with the hotel charge a service fee,just not double or triple.

Very Good
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Comfortable, luxurious and clean. We had a top floor corner room and it was exceptional.
Excellent pool and gym facilities.
It’s a long walk from any of the underground stations.
We’d booked for 3 people (booking.com said our 15yo could stay free) but when we arrived we found we had to pay another £50 per night for him to actually have a bed. Fortunately we were in a position to pay this, but we might have come unstuck.
