The staff were exceptional. Lena made our room lovely for Valentines Day and couldnt have done more to help. The fitness and spa centre staff were also very nice. The hotel room was nice and clean.

I enjoyed my stay the Ritz-Carlton and would stay there again. My suite was spacious and my favorite part was definitely the bathroom with the huge bathtub. I spent a lot of time relaxing there. The staff was also very accommodating and helped make my stay even more pleasant. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was mostly very Chinese-style but there were a few western options and everything was delicious!
My room was unusually hot and when I inquired about it, I was told that it was because I was in an East facing room, so the sun was making the room too hot. They asked if I wanted to change rooms but I still felt like there was something wrong with the air conditioning because it never felt like anything was coming out of the vents. Even keeping the curtains drawn the whole time, the room still felt very hot. This would be my only complaint because other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.

Comfy, spacious room. TV proper TV channels choice. All day silence in the room.
Credit card prior deposit and its return to my account after my stay (I paid by cash over the counter). This method exposed my credit card assets to exchange rate risk (.In fact I've lost 20 USD!).
