Good breakfast in a good location
Food at restaurant didnt cater very well for westerners and only one wine available by the glass , service for dinner was slow an hour wait for one course and we were the only people in the restaurant

Disappointing
Rooms are big, good location
The swimming pool was awful, kids weren't welcomed. It was dirty (no chlorine whatever) and my husband ended up having conjunctivitis and fungal infection from using the pool.
The small play room was also dirty, every item/toy etc felt sticky and could do with some proper clean

Location and space of the apartment Kids loved the slide and a table with Lego like toys
Maintenance of the unit could be improved. Menu option for room service are limited The apartment was dark due to small windows.

Location was great & staff was well trained & extremely helpful.
No network in the apartment. I had to come down to the lobby every time I need to use the internet. WeChat or Email. Bathroom shower head was releasing water from all over the sides.
