Location. Very close to Wang Fu Jing.
Room is very huge with a living room and laundry facilities.
The furnishing is very dated. The Aircon heater function did not work and we were given a portable heater to heat up the room. But it can difficult to control the temperature and the room can be very hot during the night. You have to wake up and turn off the heater, and after a few hours, the room became very cold because it was in winter

1. The staff is excellent. Both Felix and Elena were very helpful. Elena used her own wechat to get us something we needed. (.we paid.her ofcourse but it was difficult to find it on our own).That was super nice.
2. The location is phenomenal. Its walking 5 minutes to a great shopping district. And everything including groceries, halal food restaurants, all are just next door literally. For the halal restaurant , you go.right and cross one street . For grocery , you go out of the hotel and turn right,.and there are many.
The rooms are kept too hot at 28 degrees Celsius!!! And even if the apartment is booked for 3 people,.you need an extra bed which will be charged. Its better to include that in price or explicitly.say that the room can accommodate 3 people but you will need another bed whci is chargeable. That way transparency.would be maintained.

The apartment had nice size rooms especially main room. The bathroom in main room was very roomy. We loved the having the living room and stocked kitchen. Was nice to have washer/dryer, microwave and stove top. the half bath was also a plus. Definitely a place we would recommend for large families or party.
All was excellent with hotel. Nothing to change as was exactly what we had expected and wanted. Price was very reasonable for location and size.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, THE PARTMENT SITUATED JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE MAIN WANGFUJIN SHOPPING STREET, A QUICK FEW MINUTE'S WALK WILL GET YOU TO THE MAIN STREET AND ALSO IF YOU WALK AROUND 10 MINUTES, YOU WILL REACH THE FORBIDDEN CITY ENTRANCE.
DESPITE THE EXCELLENT SERVICE, location, AMENITIES, BED, STAFF, ETC. THE HOTEL IS DEFINITELY AGED A BIT. A FULL REFRESH OF THE APARTMENT TO MEET MODERN DECOR WOULD BE GREAT.

We stayed in the '1 Bedroom Apartment' for 3 nights and loved it. Great size for a couple and it has two toilets which was convenient. It also has a washing machine/dryer combo. Some staff at reception were helpful, others spoke little English which we had to communicate with through a translator app. The hotel itself was very close to the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, although we didn't find this interesting at all. Close enough walk to the Wangfujing metro train station but we only used it once, arriving from another station. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Beijing another time.
No information provided about nearby spots to visit and how to get to them which would have been helpful. Not all reception staff speak English, one even showed her disgrace when I interrupted her WeChat convo, only for her to then go and get another staff member to help me instead. As with all TVs we encountered during our China trip, there were no English channels. There was an issue with the washing machine stopping just minutes into any cycle selected - overcame this by restarting the cycle each time so the load was washed for about 15 mins total, then manually switched it to rinse twice (as it stopped half way through the first time), and again manually switched to spin twice (again, it stopped half way through the first time). I reported this to reception when we checked out. We couldn't risk being without a machine during our stay which is why I didn't report it sooner and just used our work-around instead.

Good condition, old furniture but in good shape
I do NOT RECOMMEND. The receptionists are some communist thieves who, under various pretexts, will never return your deposit, which they charge you for accommodation and which is quite large by the way. In addition, they speak extremely bad English, I don't know if it is intentional, to pretend that they do not understand that they have to return the money, or if it is simply a trick to be able to cheat you. I REALLY NOT RECOMMEND

The size of the room and the location
The washer and dryer are too small. It took 2 hrs to dry the clothes and it came out all wrinkles. There are no fans inside the toilet which can be smelly.
