The room was clean, modern, and nicely renovated. The location is very convenient, with nearby metro stations and easy access to the Airport Express for PEK.
What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful. They gave great local advice and even walked me to a nearby restaurant. They also helped me order delivery so I could try Beijing duck before heading to the airport. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel after Christmas. The room was just beautiful, so cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always there to help and offer advice re tours, or local recommendations or any technical issues we needed assistance with. I couldn't recommend the staff enough, they were so friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back if we visit Beijing again.

The location of the Hotel was along a lane off the main road. This put it away from the traffic noise both vehicular and pedestrian which made it nice and quiet. Its in a safe area. the Hotel is clean and neat. So were the room and toilet. It felt comfortable. I stayed in a 2 level room which allowed some level of privacy. The staff are nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was good.
There will always some small things that are not there of different from other hotels. There was no coffee table or chairs for a family tea of chat but considering the size of the overall floor space room for privacy and that we could use the hotel's dining area, it was something we could forgo.

The ladies on the front desk were extremely kind and helpful, both in the lead up to the event, as well as during our stay. They were informative and spoke great english and helped us with everything we needed. The location being in a hutong as well made the stay feel authentic.
As the hotel was still quite new, there were some parts of the building still being completed on the rooftop. There was also some difficulty in finding up to date information on the location, simply due to lack of access to Chinese internet as a foreigner.

Exceptional service and a truly welcoming team! The staff are friendly, always greet you warmly, and respond instantly via WeChat. During our stay, we were delighted with thoughtful treats like fruits and tanghulu.
The hotel is tucked in a charming hutong, giving an authentic cultural experience, and the location is perfect—just steps from YongHeGong Street’s eateries and a short walk to YongHeGong and GongMiao.
Staff are very knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent recommendations for things to do, routes to take, and places to eat. Free laundry service was a huge convenience, making our stay completely hassle-free. Highly recommended!
The room is very cozy, with two bedrooms that can easily be combined or partitioned for flexibility. The projector TV is a great bonus, keeping the kids entertained, and the smart toilet with a bidet is another thoughtful touch.

We loved the staff of this hotel they were always ready to warmly help us with any questions we had. The included breakfast was delicious & they did laundry for us which was very nice to have during the trip.
There was a small amount of noise you could hear from the rooms but they did provide ear plugs and it was not anything major.

The place was clean and in a very good location. Staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and welcoming, often engaging my children and very attentive to their needs. Very good breakfast spread and love the snacks/ fruits served when we return to the hotel in the evening. Oh and the laundry service, what a lifesaver for families with kids. Really enjoyed our stay there. 10/10!

Wonderfully located in a hutong, allowing for a more mellow experience of Bejing and one that can harken back to a China from the past. Has a great roof, around plenty of great restaurants, and has an excellent and friendly staff!

We had an awesome stay. Elsa, Nancy, Harrison and the whole team were so welcoming and friendly. Everyone spoke at least some English and wanted to help us with our day trips and bookings. Harrison even got us gifts and is shipping them to our hotel in Shanghai. The neighborhood is great, ancient buildings with a lot of restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay and hope one day to return to the Hutong in Beijing. Local beer provided every night was a lovely treat. The TV system was great too. Super cool experience to stay here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Beijing culture and make friends with the locals.
Bathroom fan rattled a bit. Breakfast could of had a bit more variety. On the pricey side for Chinese accomodations.

Beautifully renovated property smack in the middle of a gorgeous historical area of Beijing, with so many different hutongs around to explore! The room has state of the art technology, with an AI controller for lights, music, etc, a giant projector as a TV, and very fun smart toilets that I deeply miss. But above all, service is incredible. We were completely jet lagged and missed breakfast a couple of days, and they still made us a delicious breakfast upon waking up, and made sure we were fed and happy (the food was beyond delicious ?). They helped guide or advise us everytime we needed it, they took us to the gorgeous terrace to watch the sunset and have tea even though it was windy and chilly, and on the last day, Elsa took our luggage with us to the cab and waved goodbye. Thank you all for such an amazing experience and see you soon!

We loved the staff because they were exceedingly helpful with just about anything. Internet in Beijing is tricky and it is difficult to get around if you don’t read Chinese, but the hotel staff were great about providing directions we could follow, helping with taxi drivers, helping us find restaurants, etc. The hotel keeps in touch with everyone on WeChat (which starts from the time you reserve your room, and I found that helpful, because the advice given was very helpful and made things easier for us when I arrived). The staff proved to be very responsive to WeChat and helpful and funny too. Our favorite person at the hotel was the manager—rarely have I met a young man so industrious, smart, helpful, positive, kind and helpful. We are so appreciative of all his efforts to make sure we had a great stay despite my feeling a bit under the weather. We also loved our room—it was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, the rain shower was incredible, the decorating was very pretty, and the rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax and enjoy a cold drink. Breakfast was very good, something for all tastes and some nice coffee and tea choices. The hotel’s location is very near the Lama Temple, one of our favorite places we visited, and the neighborhood is lively with many restaurants and shops to enjoy. We went on a day trip to the Great Wall arranged by the hotel and it was well priced and organized—highly recommended— and we also took the dumpling class which turned out to be great fun and we enjoyed eating our dumplings with other delicious foods that the chef had prepared for us. That was my favorite meal in China. The hotel understands what Westerners need to have a great visit to Beijing, and they do everything they can to make sure everything goes smoothly and that you get whatever you need to have a great visit to Beijing. And honestly, that is worth a lot. This place is a 10 in every category.
