The location is super. Subway stations and bus stops are just steps away. The facilities and services are perfect. Room is very clean. Beverage in minibar is free and replenished during stays. And the staff are great, always ready to help

Nice small hotel in a great location. Close to transport including the airport train, a lot of food options - street food, great peking duck restaurant, bakeries, convenience stores etc.
Good breakfast at hotel. Comfortable rooms, not huge but big enough. Stairs in the room were a little tight if you have issues getting up and down stairs but fine for most people. Hotel in a quiet location. Very safe area. Wifi worked fine.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful both while we stayed and before we arrived as they recommended and booked a peking duck restaurant for us, organized an airport transfer and a car for Great Wall day trip all before we got to Beijing.
Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful small hotel on a small hutong (alley) near the Lama Temple (Yonghegong). It is very "design forward" with lots of very modern, striking touches. My room had a light well, a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that opened to a completely private space, a small tree backed by a beautiful stark cement wall. Everythings was comfortable and everything worked. The breakfast was spectacular, a mix of salad, egg, Chinese and Western breads, and it changes daily. Highly recommended.
Nothing, really. The rooftop space has a nice working room, but the outside spaces up there are underdeveloped.

It was the perfect hotel stay in Beijing! We had the pleasure of being looked after by Lucy, Jennie, Yuki, and the rest of the team. Lucy, Jennie, and Yuki in particular exemplified top-tier hospitality and truly felt like an extension of our family during our short stay. It was always a joy to see their smiles, positive energy, and genuine care. I can’t speak highly enough of them - they truly made our trip. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well.
The snacks Coli greeted us with upon arrival were even better than similar ones we purchased around Beijing - a small but memorable touch.
The location is very convenient - tucked slightly inside a hutong, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to an abundance of restaurants and easy access to transportation.
The hotel’s design is also fantastic: a thoughtful blend of modern details, traditional architecture, and a calm, inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Hospitality is exceptional. I have travelled the world but the ladies taking care of our family are very pleasant and professional. The room is nice. The location is tricky at first but fine once we get used to it. Again, I recommend this small local hotel for everyone. The service alone made this one of my best experiences.

Amazing staff! Jennie was so kind and helpful. Her English was great and she made us feel so welcome. Everything was made easy and we got a nice breakfast made for us as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Rooms were lovely. A really nice traditional hotel with modern and comfortable rooms! Would definitely recommend

The rooms were actually really nice as well as wonderfully appointed and if we spoke Chinese, it would’ve really been a lot better, but of course their English was excellent
The smart room tech only speaks Chinese, however
Regardless, the room was a wonderful and it was extremely cool experience to stay in a hutong style
Location was fantastic lots of food choices, and proximity to the train as well as other transit
we were there when it was very cold out so walking to the room outside was a bit of a problem and I could see the same if it was raining or very hot

Great location, great room with amazing staff who willing to help with anything.
Faced an issue with room booking as when we arrived the room that we reserve was given to other guest. However the issue was resolved professionally as the staff send us a messages admitting the error before we arrived and the staff apologized multiple times when we arrived, and was compensated with discounts and room upgrades in our third and fourth night

The room was clean, modern, and nicely renovated. The location is very convenient, with nearby metro stations and easy access to the Airport Express for PEK.
What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful. They gave great local advice and even walked me to a nearby restaurant. They also helped me order delivery so I could try Beijing duck before heading to the airport. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel after Christmas. The room was just beautiful, so cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always there to help and offer advice re tours, or local recommendations or any technical issues we needed assistance with. I couldn't recommend the staff enough, they were so friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back if we visit Beijing again.

The location of the Hotel was along a lane off the main road. This put it away from the traffic noise both vehicular and pedestrian which made it nice and quiet. Its in a safe area. the Hotel is clean and neat. So were the room and toilet. It felt comfortable. I stayed in a 2 level room which allowed some level of privacy. The staff are nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was good.
There will always some small things that are not there of different from other hotels. There was no coffee table or chairs for a family tea of chat but considering the size of the overall floor space room for privacy and that we could use the hotel's dining area, it was something we could forgo.

The ladies on the front desk were extremely kind and helpful, both in the lead up to the event, as well as during our stay. They were informative and spoke great english and helped us with everything we needed. The location being in a hutong as well made the stay feel authentic.
As the hotel was still quite new, there were some parts of the building still being completed on the rooftop. There was also some difficulty in finding up to date information on the location, simply due to lack of access to Chinese internet as a foreigner.
