Great location and friendly staff. Room was really comfortable.
The distance from the elevator in the 10th floor to our room was really really long. The staff mentioned this during check in but we did not imagine that would be that long.

The place was centrally located. Within walking distance to shopping malls. The room was newly renovated with modern deco. Clean and comfortable. Some staff are very helpful.
The lobby looks a bit rundown as the renovation for the lobby is still under progress. Some staff are very helpful, but some are not. So the quality of service staff is not consistent.

It was near to take sub train , and proximity was near with shopping malls , food and etc. Staffs were equally helpful and accommodating to my requests made. Will stay on my next trip in future.

The location was perfect, next to the main street, but not in the center of the noise. Hotel is under ongoing renovation, we were not bothered by any noise, even though the hotel inform you about the works, we didn't hear much. The staff helped us to get the suitcase to the room. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. We've got water every day to our room. The bathroom was spacious, with shower and a bathtub.
The only down side to our stay was the location of the room - we got the one farthest from the elevator, on the other side of the building, so it took as a while to get to the room. And carpet everywhere, but it's common in China... (very difficult to roll the suitcase on a carpet floor).

Very friendly door man and housekeeping crew. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Bathroom feels luxurious. The hotel is very centrally located in the most touristy part of Beijing, meaning Didi rides in and out the hotel need to budget more travel time due to traffic.
The temperature in the hotel rooms is centrally controlled due to Beijing's city regulation. Although there's a thermostat in our room, we couldn't adjust the temp for real. 24 celsius in our room at times felt very hot. We didn't experience this in other cities we traveled to. I would say that it significantly dampened the comfort of our stay. The hotel staff did offer to supply portable fans to our rooms which we declined.

Staff was not speaking english very well and were also not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was not good. In the lobby renovations were being made. From the room we didnt hear it but when going to room, it was loud and stinky.

This is the hotel I always come back to when I visit Beijing. The location is absolutely perfect — right on Wangfujing Street, in the very heart of the city, yet still quiet and comfortable. It’s close to the subway, shopping malls, and plenty of great restaurants. The staff are always friendly and eager to help, and the spa massage is excellent after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese-style, so keep that in mind — but overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and feels like a second home in Beijing.
