I loved everything. It worth every penny. We booked the horizon room that gave us access to not just breakfast but the lounge, happy hours and dinner. The hotel has a full shopping mall in the same building with every luxury brand having an outlet. It was a beautiful experience. The staffs were very helpful. You get a warm welcome from when you step out from your taxi.

Exceptional value for the money. I stayed one night for a layover and loved everything about this hotel: spotless clean, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. I would love to come back on the next trip.

My mom and I enjoyed the hotel very much. The architecture and window views are amazing. This was our first time in Beijing. The location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful too.

Spacious room meeting the expectation of the value. Close connection to metro and malls. Also has great view. Pity I only stayed here for the sleeping and had to work all day.
WiFi was too slow and almost unusable. Had to rely on mobile phone instead which was disappointing considering the value of this hotel

What a fantastic stay. Welcoming staff, friendly service. The mall has great shopping, and restaurants, and the locale on Guamao subway line means travel around the city is easy. These folk can also organise a driver for a Great Wall excursion….awesome.

Very nice hotel with China style decorations. Neely renovated Room is clean and nice. Executive Lounge is fantastic especially breakfast, but high tea section can further improve. Very good location. Will back again if travel to Beijing again.

The location is good. Breakfast at Horizon Lounge was comfortable and selection is good.
The service rendered by the housekeeping staff is inconsistent. Some days, they didn't top up the cotton pads and other days, I need to remind them to top up the milk for coffee. I've upgraded to the horizon club when I arrived but on hindsight, the services rendered by the usual premier rooms were much better.
