Great hotel. We arrived late at night, were greeted and registered. The staff speaks good English.
The room is large, beautiful and cozy. There is a bathroom and a shower, Internet, all necessary accessories. Some reviews wrote that the bathroom is not separated from the room, but everything closes perfectly. There is free bottled drinking water in the room, they are added every day. There is also free tea bags and coffee capsules. There are drinks and snacks for a small fee. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes for every taste. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it, so no evaluation.

My wife and I decided to spend our 20th wedding anniversary in Beijing. We initially booked Empark Prime Hotel in Beijing for 3 nights, and our experience was so good, we returned to Beijing for another 3 nights at Prime Hotel! They looked after us with great personal care, the room was filled with flowers, decorated beautifully with petals and teddy bears way beyond my expectations. Then the manager came personally to deliver a bottle of complimentary delicious wine from their collection. The location is perfect for shopping, eating and strolling along the Wangfujing district - so much happening in the avenue and on the new developments nearby, along with the old feel of Beijings with the adjacent Hutongs giving you an authentic and historical feel just a block away. The concierge was brilliant helping us with everything from ticket bookings, transport, online shopping and even food deliveries. The pool area is stylish and zen for a relaxing read by the pool after a long day, and the pool big enough for decent lap swimming. The breakfasts are excellent serving both western and chinese food, and the coffee is good! What more can I say, for the price, I've never stayed in such a nice hotel at that value.

My stay in Prime was great until after my stay that I realised I was charged 6 nights for a 4 nights stay. The additional 2 nights charge was supposed to hold as security when I checked I. and not charged to my card. I was asked to wait 7-14 days for the charge to be removed but not so. After many to and fro between the hotel and Booking.com, I have not reached a resolution. Very upset. A nice stay had turned sour.

The room was comfortable, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely delicious. The concierge service was also very helpful.
One suggestion: when booking taxis for guests, it may be helpful for the concierge to briefly speak with the drivers—most of whom do not speak English—to ensure they understand the destination and to check whether they have any questions. On several occasions, drivers tried to negotiate a fixed price and were reluctant to use the meter. Addressing this in advance at the hotel could help guests avoid unnecessary stress.
I was somewhat disappointed with the spa services. I booked a Chinese massage and had hoped for a more professional experience, especially given the price of ¥400. Unfortunately, the massage felt quite average, and the therapist was briefly distracted by phone calls and messages during the session. I actually had a much more enjoyable and well-delivered Chinese massage at a small massage centre on the street, and at only a fraction of the cost I paid at the hotel.
Guests do have complimentary access to the swimming pool, though it is worth noting that there is no sauna available.

This hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from the famous Wangfujing shopping street, and conveniently close to cafés, eateries, and major attractions such as the Forbidden City. The location made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city on foot or access transport when needed.
The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms
Room was extremely hot - 26/27 degrees. Front desk said it was normal because it was cold outside. They said there was no way to turn it down. Suddenly, the day after the room ventilation started to work.
Rude staff in the breakfast hall and western breakfast isn’t worth the price.

The hotel was phenomenal! I didnt expect the quality to be as it was. I really had low expectations but was surprised to see that the room was beautiful with state of the art lighting, blinds, fixtures, etc. The bathroom was gorgeous, the room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The hotel in and of itself was amazing. It was central to a lot of stuff in walking distance and eight across from the train station and the National Museum of Art.

The WiFi does not work at all and the stuff blamed it on the model of my phone (Google Pixel), but my girlfriend's iPhone also couldn't connect to WiFi. I mean all of the WiFis have strong signal, but no Internet connection

Location, ambiance, very comfy beds, helpful staff; comfy robes and slippers as wel; appreciated the support from the concierge for any query we had. The hotel is also clean.
Some items are a bit run down/show the hotel's age (only for those with an eye for detail though); also not all staff speaks English and among those who do so, some are better than others. But it was not bothersome for us
