This hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from the famous Wangfujing shopping street, and conveniently close to cafés, eateries, and major attractions such as the Forbidden City. The location made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city on foot or access transport when needed.
The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms
Room was extremely hot - 26/27 degrees. Front desk said it was normal because it was cold outside. They said there was no way to turn it down. Suddenly, the day after the room ventilation started to work.
Rude staff in the breakfast hall and western breakfast isn’t worth the price.

The hotel was phenomenal! I didnt expect the quality to be as it was. I really had low expectations but was surprised to see that the room was beautiful with state of the art lighting, blinds, fixtures, etc. The bathroom was gorgeous, the room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The hotel in and of itself was amazing. It was central to a lot of stuff in walking distance and eight across from the train station and the National Museum of Art.

The WiFi does not work at all and the stuff blamed it on the model of my phone (Google Pixel), but my girlfriend's iPhone also couldn't connect to WiFi. I mean all of the WiFis have strong signal, but no Internet connection

Location, ambiance, very comfy beds, helpful staff; comfy robes and slippers as wel; appreciated the support from the concierge for any query we had. The hotel is also clean.
Some items are a bit run down/show the hotel's age (only for those with an eye for detail though); also not all staff speaks English and among those who do so, some are better than others. But it was not bothersome for us

This was my second time in the same hotel, I came last year and the experience I had was amazing so I decided to return again, and even always recommend the hotel to close friends and relatives. This time was not like the time before, but in overall, I rate it as good and am definitely going to come back.

The restaurant was a Michelin star restaurant and when we went we were the only ones. The food there was amazing for the price, so would definitely recommend that. The size of the room and quality was that of a 5 star, but "just a 5 star". We spend the money to have a great living experience when we travel, but this one did not really meet our expectations. We would try another one if we go to Beijing again.

All the staff at the hotel were very professional and polite. Rooms were clean, and staff members were accommodative of requests made to them. The hotel kindly upgraded our room upon arrival. Concierge was helpful, polite and courteous to assist us with our needs. Everyone from room service staff, to restaurant staff to front desk were all very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Location was excellent as there was a subway train station just across the hotel. There were food outlets just a short walk from the hotel. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Beijing the next time.

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. During the hot summer days in Beijing, the hotel provided excellent air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor was delicious — highly recommended!
As the weather was very hote in Beijing there were some mosquitos managed to get into the room. The reception was able to provide repellent lamp, therefore it was okay.
