Exceptional
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the Concierge Desk (probably one of them was the Head Concierge). They're very knowledgeable and resourceful. Their English was very good. Communicating with them was smooth and easy. Breakfast was also very good and tasty, and with great variety of choices. The restaurant staff were helpful too. We had great breakfast and ready for our travel plan every day. Room was comfy and clean. We had very good rest every night. Location was great. Short walk to Wangfujing and subway station. Can find almost anything in the neighborhood. If you have time, check out their Premiere Lounge on the 17th floor. You can get a glimpse of the Forbidden City there! We'll stay there again if we go to Beijing.
Just a minor point. We went there in January. It was very cold outside, but very warm in the room. I just wish that I could open the window a bit when needed.

Rooms slightly dated, but very spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Walking distance from Wangfujing street. Staff is amazing. Always ready to assist.

The location is good and it is near the shopping mall and MRT station, The staff are very friendly. The bathroom is spacious.
The chair in the room was too big for the room, so difficult to move around in the room. The furniture are also too dark and old. The bed is not comfortable and sinking in the center of the mattress. The access to the room is complicated.

Central location; less than 10 min walk to subway lines 8 and 5 (two different stations). The line 5 connects to the airport express train, making the transportation from the airport to the hotel convenient. Some 40 min walk to the Forbidden City; about 15 minutes walk to the Wangfujing (Snack Street).
