- Convenient location. Between two metro stations. Quiet area.
- The hotel is in excellent condition. Modern and cozy. Washing machines and a mini gym are at your disposal.
- Pleasant and helpful hotel staff. The wonderful young people from the reception helped me with any question. The room was always clean and every day all free supplies of water, tea were replenished, towels were changed.
- Yes, not the fastest Internet, but it was there. And it worked without problems.
- To my sincere regret, someone was smoking in the next room and it was very noticeable. But after two weeks in China and staying in three different hotels, I realized that this is not a problem with the hotels, but with the visitors themselves. Because men don't consider this a problem at all. I have not contacted the front desk at this time.

They have washing machine and dryer for free to use! Also free drinks, late suppers and icecreams!
The queue for washing machine is endless long and might need a little bit of arrangement/ booking system.. been waiting 3hr in washing room for dryer otherwise others will just jump the queue (good to have a booking system).

The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and to solve the different problems I had in the country. Actually, the hospitality and professionalism of all the people working in the hotel exceeded my expectations, they are great people! (big thanks to Richard, the kindest person in all of China). I loved that they had a free laundry service, this was a great help as I stayed for 1 week at the hotel.
The WiFi signal was not so good in my room, which made it difficult to have some meetings. Finally, they use air fresheners or some product with a strange smell but very used in the country, I think that It had a slight smell of tobacco which I didn't find very comfortable, I think it is a traditional product of the country, as I found the same smell in other hotels during my stay in China and I am sure it was not a cigarette because smoking is forbidden.

All the essentials spot on. Bathroom and water, bedsheets, air conditioning, smells. And on top of that a distinct aesthetic different from most other hotels. I would choose this over a generic 5 star any day :)
The address on booking.com wasn't quite accurate, but its alright since the taxi found the true one either way.

Great location between 2 subway lines. Supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Clean and cozy rooms. Friendly staff. Some good old things in the lobby!
Extremely hard to find the hotel itself. It is misplaced in Google Maps and in Maps.ME and in OpenStreetMaps. It took about 40-60 to find it.

Excellent price. Excellent hospitality by the staff. Very clean room. Complimentary yogurt drink and mineral water everyday! Will definitely return.
It can be quite noisy during the day if your room is facing the front road. Slight wait for the lift because there's only 1. Road leading to the hotel is narrow. Slightly further away from the main area in Beijing. The walk to nearest MRT (JingSong) is slightly far.
