Very Good
The room was big and beautiful. We booked for the location and classic Chinese style design. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room. We warmed up in it daily. The staff were very kind and always trying to help. Free bottled water and room amenities. Breakfast was lovely and a fair price for adults and kids.
Some language barriers. Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes once we arrived. It seemed to be common as we walked by other rooms after people checked out and the cleaning staff left the doors open to air out. This is very strange as a non smoker in a non smoking hotel. It took a few days for our room to air out. Also the temperature gauge did not work in our room. We tried to get the temperature lower but it stayed around 30 degrees Celsius, which is way too hot especially for sleeping. I asked staff to fix the thermostat and instead they opened a window. Helped a bit. But for a 5 night stay I had the thermostat set to bring it to 10 but it just stayed at 30.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The swimming pool was nice, heated and there was also spa facilities. The location was right near the shopping street.

Enjoyed the room upgrade, visually stunning, good location.
Service may suffer because the hotel is too large. The pool was out of service. Breakfast was not that great from a western perspective.

Everything was great, very comfortable bed, pleasant room, beautiful hotel
Even when I set the temperature to 16 degrees, it continued to heat up instead of cooling down. In the end, the room was about 28 degrees. And it was impossible to do anything to cool the room. When I asked the staff if I was setting the air conditioner incorrectly, they replied that it simply wasn't working for cooling. But then why does the system itself show that it's set to cool? Not all rooms have windows. It was simply impossible to sleep at night, it was very stuffy.

Our room was surprisingly large and was very comfortable. the bathroom was also spacious and was well equipped - nice shower, lots of hot water and big plush towels. The breakfast buffet was very good and the gym was also better equipped than expected. The staff at the concierge desk was especially helpful and responsive. They gave us good directions, tips on where to eat and helped us plan a couple of sightseeing trips.

Our stay at Legendale Hotel Beijing was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, and the building itself is stunning. The staff were extremely attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety—including a live eggs and omelette station. The hotel’s location is great, close to the city center. We didn’t get a chance to explore the pool or spa amenities this time, but we’re looking forward to enjoying them on our next visit (cost was a bit higher than expected).

Stayed here end of July 2025 for a few nights while visiting Beijing & thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was spot on. Location excellent for shopping &/or sightseeing. All the staff friendly & extremely helpful. (Shout out to Jason on the Concierge desk). The breakfast was really good with a fantastic array of food, something there to suit every possible taste. Will definitely stay at the Legendale again next time I'm in Beijing.

Our room was exceptional. Large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and separate toilet and bath. I love it.
There was no food in the bar for something to share while having a drink. Free popcorn only :(. I wish they have something
