The room was big and clean. The airport is very close, that is very convenient for short stay.
I booked this hotel for my mother. And I chose the good (as I thought) and not cheap hotel. So she could have a rest between the flights. But the air conditioner in the room didn’t work. She asked the stuff to fix the problem. But they just brought the fan, that was almost useless. It was so hot in the room, so she couldn’t sleep at all. So I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Firstly, this is a huge hotel that feels oddly empty. But it's nice enough and very close to the airport. The restaurants are good - the market is fairly priced for Western food. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff helped us out by upgrading our room because the room we were initially put it had no aircon and it was boiling hot in there.
The aircons are centrally controlled so you can't make your room cooler even if you wanted to. Our room was 27 degrees. They told us that all the rooms' aircons were off because it was cool outside and we had no control over turning them on. Luckily, they moved us to a room that was nicer and cooler for no extra cost. - no shuttle bus to terminal 2

Twin room plus extra bed should be assigned the suitable area for extra bed in the standard procedure. Placing extra bed inappropriate area is a failure of room layout.

Close to airport Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated Friendly front desk staff We were there in a Saturday night, and had hot pot for dinner (reasonably priced)
Dining room staff could have been more attentive We arrived late and the “hot food” under the heat laps were super dried out (the fried rice was crunchy)

Wonderful
Excellent for a layover in Beijing Capital International Airport. The room is spacious, quiet and very comfortable for a good night’s rest. The provision of an efficient bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, adds to the convenience of staying in this hotel. Staff were welcoming.

Location.
The AC was down during the winter time (Dec 2025): the room temp was 16 degree when I check-in in the evening, and the temp was 17 degree when I checkout next morning. Contacted the reception desk, facility arrived soon, but claimed everything was normal. However, the room temp maintained at 16-18 degree whole night during the winter time. What a joke.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Capital Airport, and it’s an easy 10-minute walk from the terminal if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle bus. The room was lovely and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of variety to choose from.
The restaurant felt a bit disorganized. On both evenings, our orders were taken promptly, but the food took quite a long time to arrive and didn't come out at the same time. Some of the dishes were served cold, and overall we didn’t really enjoy the meals. Not sure why it took so long for our meals to arrive, especially since the restaurant was fairly empty.

The hotel is really close to the airport, there is a bus service from Terminal 3 to the hotel and also de other way around. The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot, specially because I arrived by 1am at the airport and I was able to check in without any problem at the hotel. Breakfast is quite good as well. The room was really good, actually it is a flat rather than a room! This definitively exceeded my expectations, I had an excellent stay (1 night) at Cordis and I took my connection flight in the morning after without any problem. If you need to spend 1 night close to Beijing Capital International Airport, I definitively recommend Cordis as the right option!
