Disappointing
Nothing special about this hotel. Only location can attract attention to this hotel.
Personnel didn`t understand english. It took us 40 minutes just to get to the fact that they didn`t accept debit card, only credit card! I rarely use credit card so I didn`t have one so I had to leave a cash deposit. Thanks God I had cash with me and didn`t need to get to ATM and waste more time with checking in

Very good service, rooms and bathrooms excellent, gym, pool and spa excellent. Breakfast good. Great location 5 mins from a metro station.
Some areas are a bit dated and rough around the edges. But this is me being fussy, e.g grout on tiles or corners of hot tub were a bit grimy or poorly sealed.

Breakfast is beautifully served with lots of variety.
Our bedroom was stuffy and hot. Air conditioning temp is pre-set so we could not adjust it. Room window is broken, so we had to use a table top fan. Room service could have cleaned the room more often. When we did not receive our complimetary plate of fresh fruit, we enquired, only to be sent a platter that we had to pay 188 for. Had our room service had been more frequent, we would not have had to ask a random staff member for additional water and toilet paper. Our first night's stay was disrupted by people running and thumping on the floor above us, well after midnight. We were witness to guests that allowed their small children to pour and drink alcohol during dinner of 12.31. No staff addressed this matter.
