I had an excellent stay here on Sept 15 for 2 nights. I had originally booked and paid for 3 nights. However I had made a mix up with train date out of Beijing. The hotel staff were more than willing to refund me 1 night which doesnt happen in many places due to cancellation fees etc. The staff were a great help whenever I had any queries regarding the local area etc. One gentleman booked my train for me using his own app and card and allowed me to give him the fee in cash. I was so grateful of this as I had been having trouble booking the train using my own phone due to some restrictions here in China. The staff honestly couldnt do enough here they were fantastic. No staff member spoke English however the translation app worked just fine and was no bother. The hotel stored my bags on my checkout day so that I could explore a little more before leaving. They gave me bottles of water to take with me on my journey which I thought was a kind gesture. Thanks all I would definitely return!
