The Concierge Service was incredible and so helpful. The room was rather esoteric and I liked that. Entering the room through the bathroom was refreshingly original.
No real facilities for wining and dining in the area. Slowboat was a reasonable outlet and Schillers although this was a little far. I was not there for shopping so the mall opposite was of no use to me.

It was so wonderful staying.
When we were staying there, it was my son's birthday.
The hotel decorated our room and provided birthday cake. It was thoughtful. Also a very nice experience for us.

Very Good
Very new facility, great decoration and bed was super comfortable. Room was very quiet and internet connection was superb. I liked the design of separating toilet with shower, but the toilet is with walls that can be seen through on the sides, making it a little odd for non-family members.
Check-in was long, and we got a lower floor room than I expected, although I requested a high floor room. Even that room was ready after 4pm. Breakfast was okay, I would expect better quality and variety from a five-star hotel.

Disappointing
the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is also good.
This hotel has no atmosphere. Designer tried to make it special but achieved facilities which are not suitable and practical to use. TOgether comes a noise terror which gives you an impression to be in a train station.

Loved our stay at Intercontinental Beijing. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful large rooms and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were so professional and very helpful. Location was right in the centre of everything you need, so conveniently located. I would definitely stay at InterContinental again.

The facilities and the location are good.
Very poor service for a 5-star hotel. Cant believe it was executive level service. I requested a extra set of quilt but been told they ran out. Told me to send the extra set the other day but never received. Bath lotion is running out as well but no refill.
