I really enjoyed my time here. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She was really nice and made sure our stay was smooth. She was very attentive. She also gave us a nap about the metro, and explained how it works. I would recommend this place if you're new to Beijing. This area is much quieter than the inner city, it's good to walk around and get to know the restaurants. The hotel was 3 minutes walk from the metro station, it's easy to get around the city. Our room was cozy, everything was clean.
It's a small hotel, but I would recommend this if you would like to have a personalized experience staying in Beijing.
The breakfast place was a little crowded sometimes, but we were there when the hotel was full. The free coffee and drinks solved this problem.

Good breakfast and location is excellent . It is convenient to get to most parks , museums and Beijing airport.
I really enjoyed the staff of hotel.They helped us book tickets and carry our heavy luggages. And the map the hotel provided was super helpful too.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived until my last night, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff is professional, warm, and attentive to every detail, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is top-notch. I especially loved the historical location, which added a unique charm to my visit. It was also very helpful that all the staff speak English fluently, making communication smooth and easy. I am leaving with beautiful memories and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! They'll help you with any problem you may have. They speak English. They send detailed directions to the hotel and help with carrying luggage to your room (there's no elevator). Conveniently located near the metro, a bus stop, and a pedestrian tourist street. Decent breakfast, unlimited good coffee.
If you're staying for more than four days, you might get tired of the monotonous breakfast. The room was cool, but it was January and unusually cold for Beijing. It was not a problem because you could set the air conditioner to heat.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended so many delicious restaurants in the area and made sure my husband and I were comfortable. The hotel is very close to the subway and also many cute cafes. I recommend staying here for your Beijing visit.

The front desk staff were amazing. They made sure we felt welcome and helped us navigate the city. They were extremely helpful with answering all our questions
The Great Wall tour we booked through them was excellent also.
The included breakfast was very good, I’d describe it as a fusion of Western and Chinese cuisines.
Also, we really enjoyed daily complimentary water in the rooms. It saved us some grocery store trips.

The staff were really friendly, eager to help for anything you might need and they are very thoughtful. Gave us fruits on our last night and a souvenir of our stay. It was really touching. The metro was so close and made everything easy for us. The hotel also had coffee, breakfast, water and laundry for free. I highly recommend.

The staff was the best part of the stay and is probably what will make your stay at this hotel memorable; they were very welcoming, chatty and helpful. From my short stay I got the perception that it was more like a small community rather than a typical hotel and if you’re staying for a longer time and you yourself are an outgoing character I’m sure after your stay at this hotel will come away with new friendships.
While the hotel is located in a quiet place and I did not have any issues with disturbing noises it was very easy to hear everything going on out in the corridor so the calmness somewhat depended on the other guests being quiet as well. I lived at the end of a hallway so it wasn’t an issue but it struck me as something which could have made my stay less pleasant.

We are a family from Medan, Indonesia. I chose this hotel because of its 10 rating. Upon our arrival, the staff, Zoey and Candice, welcomed us and helped us carry our luggage to our room. Breakfast and drinks were varied. My mother-in-law was feeling unwell, so they cooked porridge for her. The hotel was clean and quiet. There was a heater in the room and the hot water worked well. The bathroom was clean. Zoey gave me lots of directions from the MRT to several malls. I'm not fluent in English or Mandarin, but Zoey was very patient and tried to understand what I said?. The location is very close to the MRT and there are many food stalls and bakeries, there is also a 7-Eleven. From the hotel to the main road, it's only a short walk. Thank you to all the staff, we really enjoyed this trip.
