What I liked most about this property was definitely the staff. They were exceptional, very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attitude made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
I honestly cannot think of anything I disliked about this property.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Eric and Zoey. They assisted us with everything, especially with buying train tickets, which was very helpful. The hotel location was great, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. The room facilities were good, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also good and satisfactory. They also provided free coffee and water. Overall, everything was pleasant and we had a very good experience.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator, but it was not an issue for us since we only had to go up one floor, the mattress little hard

This is a modest hotel without many luxuries or fancy amenities, but what truly makes it special is the incredible warmth of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family—always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is excellent, and while it may not be a luxury stay, the hospitality more than makes up for it. If you value sincere service, comfort, and feeling at home over extravagance, I highly recommend this hotel. The people here are what make the experience truly memorable.

Room was clean, location - 30 min by feet to the center. Breakfast was fine, staff were very helpful, we had a huge luggage and got a help with it. Recommend for night transfer as well) Not far from capital express station.

Central location, good wifi, clean and comfortable room. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly: it was our first stop in China and they helped with Alipay and giving some tips.

The staff was outstanding, especially Janine at the front desk. She was on top of everything, and any guest's wish was her will. Customer service at its best. The hotel rooms were kept immaculate, with daily change of towels and bedding. The bed was very comfortable. Being in a quiet alley, with comfy beds, I slept like a baby every night.
I have no complaints.

The position was very good and the staff super nice and helpful. They helped us book for T. Square, since it required a Chinese phone number. The room was very spacious and clean.
The facility is a little bit old and not very well finished, but definitely perfect for a quick stay.

It was near Line 5's Zhangzizhong Lu Station, so reaching the hotel by subway is doable. There are food stores around and even a 7/11, so it's easy to buy food even at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they were able to help me send a kuaidi. The room was really nice.
The light in the room is a bit weak, I actually prefer that to super bright light but it's not so good for make up and stuff cuz you cannot see that well if you're messing up or not. But this is a super minor detail. All in all, everything was really nice.

This was an amazing stay they made sure everyone felt welcomed and offered so many good options for sightseeing and food. I loved that they left a bowl of fresh fruit with a note on my last day.
