Very quiet and comfortable with great hospitality. Clean and friendly
I asked for non smoking room but I got a smoking room. It was taken care of quickly by the friendly staff. Other room was great.
Hotel should make sure that non smoking rooms remain as nonsmoking and deodorize if people smoke there.

Room was smelling of cigarettes and Its not that close to the airport as advertised. Even though I paid for the hotel in advance (with my card) they asked me for another 1,000yuen. I gave it to them in cash and was told this was a deposit but in the morning when I was in a hurry to catch my flight they only gave me 400y back. No one can really speak English and they couldnt explain to me why did I have to pay twice. In my dictionary this is called theft.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, my family and I felt very safe. Which is quite important. The location was excellent due to the many variety of stores and restaurants close by and this includes a supermarket. The room was very clean and quiet. The play area for the children was an exceptionally great touch and our son just loved the rabbits on display. We liked the fact that we could order room service from the restaurant i think almost 24 hours per day. GREAT Idea, due to convenience.
I would like to humbly request that the male employees working at the front desk be much more professional in their approach to quest. I make the above statement because as my family and I were checking in, two male front desk employees were extremely aggressive and rude with their constant display of staring at my wife, to the point that it made her uncomfortable and I had to actually say something to one of the gentlemen and politely ask him to please not be so aggressively rude with his staring and mannerism. I also would like to ask the the western sites which promote your hotel to offer free breakfast as an option, which is offered on the Chinese sites. I did not find this out until speaking with the restaurant manager. Also please do not offer western style foods and display many variety of western breakfast and dinner options, as this was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel, and also due to the location close to the Beijing Wild Life Park. I am up in my room reading the menu for our breakfast and trying to decide what we will have for dinner when we return from our excursion with our son. My wife whom is Chinese was happy with the Chinese menu, but myself being in China for many years was very excited about the options offered in the western portion of the menu, as it has been many years since I have had the opportunity to indulge in some of these cuisine items. Upon ordering we where informed that they did not have any of the western options available at all! What they had was boiled eggs in a box, huh? What a disappointment. Please understand I would have totally understood if the hotel would have placed information concerning the menu on the website and places in the hotel, like the elevator in lieu of the picture being displayed in the elevator of western style food. The information should have stated that due to the pandemic the western food options are not available at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you

Wonderful
Very modern and typical Sheraton. I used it as an overnight at Beijing Daxing airport. Around 25 minutes by taxi from the airport, around 120RMB each way. Didnt have a chance to check the bar or restaurant but they have 24hr room service. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Empty minibar. Ordered a taxi for the following morning and it arrived on time. Overall a good experience and would recommend it for an airport stop (even thought its25 minutes away)
