Room was clean and room service was really fast
Had a non smoking room but the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. Also wasn’t too pleased about the breakfast. Told me they don’t have omelets or just an egg station. Also the food orders from room service wasn’t warm as I would like it to be

Front desk no one communicate in English Basic toiletries like brush toothbrush nothing is provided Isolated area no restaurant available near by. In the hotel at night you cannot order food , options is very limited and it closes by 9pm Not recommended for family , if you are with toddler even they don’t help you to get the luggage.

The staff in the restaurants, both buffet, for breakfast and the a la carte evening restaurant, were friendly, helpful and the food was plentiful and tasty. The evening meal we had in the hotel was based on recommendations from the, I think he was a manager of the restaurant, who was lovely and keen to practice his English, who personally took over care of us during our meal. The food was delicious, much more posh-ly presented than the dinner we had the first evening at a local place (only 10 mins walk and phenomenal food!) but equally wonderful in a way more suited to the 'Sheraton' .
Description of the facilities could do with an update. Our room supposedly came with a hot tub! I assumed they meant access to the spa area by the swimming pool, I think I was correct. We were supposed to have a spa bath. Nope normal, not particularly large bath. Advertised as having a mini bar, 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of juice, (not in the fridge) and some tea & coffee pods for the coffee machine, Just standard room fare. The in-room information booklets, beautifully printed, advertised room service and the times available, including a from 10pm until 5am service menu. I called room service around 10.30pm only for the staff to be confused as room service stops at 10. They had no idea there was a full menu for during the night hours. The kitchen was shut, no options, not even a biscuit in our 'mini bar'!!! Our room was booked as an "Executive room, with club lounge access" I only learned now that our breakfast was to be served in the club room, also on floor 12. We were not aware of this and attended the ground floor buffet restaurant. The room, to be honest, was no more than a bog standard hotel room. Not worth the extra money, not quite the 'treat' we had assumed i'd booked. Should have taken the other reviews more seriously, lol!

Good value for money and facilities are kept well. Convenient location to universities in Haidian. Shopping mall around the corner.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help me. when I arrived at Beijing and got out of the subway station. I was with my wife and 4 suitcases. I could not find a taxi in the mid of a 38 Celsius hot day. I called the hotel. Ms Fu picked up the call and patiently helped me to find me a private taxi service even if it is not part of the hotel standard service. she paid for it and trusted that I would pay back once I would pay back once I got to the hotel (of course I did). I had to call the hotel again later the evening after I finished dinner in a restaurant 15-20 min away by drive. The reception and bell service staff was always so courteous. The breakfast buffet has so many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and stay here on my next trip to Beijing.

Wonderful
Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and good size room. Very clean. Breakfast was lovey with an excellent range of Western and Chinese food - staff were very helpful and most spoke English. There was an evening meal buffet which had an excellent spread of food and was delicious.
On arrival reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming.
