We arrived in Beijing a little after midnight and asked for an early check-in, which was granted to us with an adequate surcharge. So, technically we were 4 nights in this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and patient with us. The rooms are very nice and tidy, and they are cleaned daily. The food at breakfast is varied, well prepared, and very tasty. The overall impression is very satisfactory.

The staff was pretty helpful esp the front desk manager.
The soundproof was really really bad and low frequency noise from maybe laundry room and central aircon were horrible meanwhile the in room aircon was malfunction.

nice architecture in bathroom with glass bricks, nice mattress, clean room
no teal gym(2 instruments available only), not metro in operation near by, poor english by the staff, highly overpriced

Staffs are very nice, location is good.
1. Their drainage system has problem, everyday morning when you wake up and open the toilet/bathroom door, unbearable smell. I have even changed the room, but that doesnt help, the whole drainage system has problem.
2. Right after housekeeping clean the room, toilet area has urine smell, I guess its the cloth or something they are using to wipe the floor and stuffs is not clean which causes the smell.
