the beds were nice and comfortable.
We used the airport shuttle service and were treated in a very rude manner only because we couldn't speak Mandarin Chinese very well (we surely can communicate, but not when there is a thick accent and slang being used). The shuttle bus driver was shouting to me and my husband, in Mandarin Chinese with a thick accent which we could barely understand. Some swear words were used which I picked up in between sentences. It is the worst service I've ever received in my entire life.

Airport shuttle. spacious room. I have stayed in several airport hotels before. The room size and facilities (except the leaking shower space) of this hotel were definitely on the higher end of the scale, yet the price was fair. I am a light sleeper, but at late night (11pm-5am) the noise of the airplanes was not as bad as some guests suggested.
When I checked in around 8pm on Jan. 19, 2020, the front desk female attendant was very absent-minded. She gave me a room key that didn't work. Worst of all, I requested an early-morning wake-up call, but she forgot to program it. I almost missed my airport shuttle because of her. The rain-shower-head leaked water even when I switched it to the regular showerhead. A lot of water poured onto my head, and then leaked out of the enclosure onto the bathroom floor. I was forced to take a very quick shower and then had to clean the mess. Very unpleasant experience! The shower space definitely needs repairs, and the front desk attendant needs to be fired.

Loved the hotel!! 10 minute with free shuttle! Our first room had some interesting stains on the coffee table & the bathroom was clearly not cleaned well, so we made a direct call when entering & they sent someone up right away and switched us next door and provided a fruit basket.
Even when there was a mistake, it was handled well and professional, so nothing! Restaurant was less than superb...... it was also $100 for 2 people to eat which is outrageous there.... but they have you on lock because there is nothing close to walk to so it's convenience.

The location was perfect as was close to the airport, also the pickup service from the airport was excellent as we arrived in Beijing at 2am due to flight delay.... The facility was clean and warm, with the staff very friendly and helpful. The morning of or departure was hassle free and transportation was arranged through the reception ... Thank you for our stay....

Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and with larger portions than expected.
Room got pretty hot, air conditioner controls didn't work. Airplanes flying overhead are pretty loud, but thats to be expected from a hotel that's literally next to the airport. Paid a little more money than booking said I would.

The restaurant is good! And the shuttle service to the airport is good. The driver was very friendly!
The front desk staff seems have a little trouble to locate my booking. Not sure why? They had to look at my print out to locate my booking. Luckily, there are some Chinese characters on the print out, otherwise, I doubt it would be a smooth check in process.
